Worked out well for our family as we came to CC for a family funeral. Pleasant rooms, clean. We didn't spend much time there. Bed and pillows were adequate but not comfortable.
Spacious room with just enough amenities. Beds and pillows were fine.
The bathroom had no ventilation but we managed to open a window. The office was often closed and not interested in answering their phone or returning calls. You are on your own when you are there - but that's OK.
The location was reason for booking
Room was terrible. Sand in bed, noisy black hair all over bath walls ( we are blonde!)Did not even shower! Continental breakfast was a Kerrig coffee machine and wrapped up muffins in a basket. Was going to say something next morning; no staff around to commit to! Was a terrible experience for Cape Cod.
pillows, tired room/décor
Loved they guy at the front desk, the rooms were just right. Regret not going swimming, but I'm sure it would've been nice!
My door was open before we got to the room, checked behind the curtain and under the bed (lol), all seemed well.
The Staff was excellent The pool was great fun Great location Good Ice Machine Free WiFi
Quality of bathroom was poor Room was old Old furniture Old lighting Old microwave TV was too small No Closet No Safe
It definitely seemed clean, the staff was very helpful, the location was great. It was quiet where our room was.
The room was awkward to reach. The air-conditioner was inadequate. The mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was inadequate. There was no fridge or microwave.
Staff was great Location was ideal
Cleanliness of room, cobwebs on lights, ceiling very outdated, bedding outdated.
Early breakfast service was very nice. Thank you.
Had to fix the bathroom light bulb myself. At least it was LED ...
Big room. The boy on reception was sweet. Close to great restaurant - Beacon Room
Tiles in the bathroom were old and tatty. Big lamps over the beds meant we kept hitting our heads. 'Breakfast included' - a pre-wrapped muffin and coffee (that wasn't ready when we went at 8.45)
need to redo bathroom, replace tiles i ceiling. Stingy with shampoo and soap. pain in the neck asking for hair dryer and shampoo at the office. They are not going to give out shampoo in the future.
That was not a continental breakfast. You can do better
Pool was wonderful , very clean. Staff was friendly
Booking advertised that breakfast was included , only coffee & a store muffin
The room smelled a liitle musty when we arrived mybe a humidifier would help everything was clean beds were comfortable and staff was very pleasant !!!!!
The pool in the back was lovely and secluded surrounded by beautiful flowers. There was also a backyard where our kids enjoyed playing. The motel was very centrally located in Orleans - close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Skatet Beach. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.
beds ok...tv great staff very polite both on phone and in person
bathrm needed upgrade ac needs tuneing(very loud) carpets should be removed and bare floors be installed(for sanitary reasons)
Cleanliness. Nice exterior.
Everything old, run down.
Friendly Staff Members Easy Access to rooms Shower water pressure
Beds were horrible A/C was terrible Remote had batteries that were corroded
The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were dated and ugly. The beds were hard and the bathtub was gross. The tv was from the 70's. There were no available grounded plugs to charge my computer.
We enjoyed the pool. Overall we had a good stay.
We travelled by bus, so I guess the location is not ideal unless you have or rent a car.
We needed a place to sleep after a nearby wedding and the rate was very affordable for peak season
Old, rundown, ac's stopping and going all night, pincer bug under the covers, overpriced, advertised aaa discount then wouldn't give it..... Horrible
It was in the perfect location for downtown Orleans and for us on our way to Province town. The beds were OK and they had HBO and WiFi. There was plenty of parking.
It was a bit run down. It did not look as nice as the photos.
The staff is very friendly and always available. The pool is fabulous! The flower gardens are beautiful. I've stayed here several years and always feel comfortable.
