A friendly feeling from staff. They seems to be willing to do so much to accommodate guests.

I could hear every step the upstairs guests took in the bedroom

Great location and very nice condos. Loved their community center, their hot tubs, and game room. Kitchen area was very nice, too. Shuttle to Squaw was a great plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Kitchen was kind of small. Due for an update. Facility seemed a little old!

this is described as if it is in the village, IT IS NOT, it is 10-15 min walk from the village. Had I known that, I wouldn't book this. It is dated, aged and very very very old....

The number one problem with hotels and kids is if you don't have a separate room, you end up going to bed the same time as the kids. Fortunately, the suites at this Olympic are perfect for the skiing family. They are small but just enough for you two and and two kids. There is one bedroom, a separate combo living room/kitchen/fold out sofa bed room all with a shared bathroom in-between. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is a little porch/deck and outside of each room is a closet door where you can keep your skis. When we were there, there was an all day shuttle (off during midday) between 8 and 5 for a few minutes drive to Squaw. While it was a bummer that the shuttle wasn't working during the night runs, it was perfect to avoid the overloaded parking lot during the day. There are outdoor hot tubs that were not hot enough to take the chill out of a sub 20 degree day. Super friendly staff with awesome Seattle's Best coffee in the fireplace warmed lobby.

You can not beat the price for the amount of ammenitites the Village offers! We had a wonderful time!

The "Queen" size bed (not the pull out couch bed) felt more like a full size. Not so much room if you're used to a king.

The place is very close to most Ski places.

Old rooms, stuff broke all the time.

The Olympic Village Inn is right in Squaw Valley, a quick walk to the ski area and newer lodging / shopping area, but it has old-world charm. The rooms are small suites with a very cozy feel. I like being able to cook meals on a family vacation. The kitchen is small but adequate. There is a fireplace in the lodge and another outside, so you can roast marshmallows.

Hot tub was great; rooms were spacious, though 4 people would be a squeeze. Location was good as well

Could do with a bit of an update as the decor in the rooms was dated. Also, for one person on their own, the room is expensive.

Incredibly overpriced, badly located (long walk from the village over a car park), smelly dated rooms. It's like an old peoples home inside.

WiFi didn't always work; TVs (both of them) a little small. The bathroom (toilet + tub/shower) is clean but cramped.
