Great location Did not like getting kicked out of lobby/bar area because of a private party (wedding), I should've been notified when I made the reservation that I would not have full use of the facilities.

Great location, nice sized rooms. The pool/sauna/whirlpool/gym are linked in with the Spa so if the spa is not open you cannot utilize this facility. We chose this hotel because it had these amenities and were disappointed that because we were there over a holiday weekend the spa wasn't open for most of our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Great location, walking distance to Wills Eye Institute (the main purpose of our visit) and many historic sites.Easy drive from Ct or nj. Stayed at a different hotel the first week of January and though it was acceptable there was no comparison to the Omni. Restaurant was good and easy walk to others. My husband and I love to walk and the Omni is a great location for that.Would go back in a heartbeat!

Really well located for the sights of Philadelphia. Room large and very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool and gymn an added bonus and although a bit dated were very welcome. An excellent choice. Restaurant food poor. Better to venture out and try local restaurants for breakfast and supper.

I liked the location the most. I was working in the US Customs House and it was only a couple of blocks away. Also, I enjoyed the ability to walk a couple of blocks and view the Liberty Bell, and other historic places. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance as well. The room was clean, the hotel restaurant food was very good. Walking distance to the Delaware River which also has many places to eat.

We spent the weekend at the Omni at Independence Park in Philly. It is the perfect location for tourists. It is in the "Old City" neighborhood and only a couple blocks from Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell.... Restaurants are nearby. You have a wide variety from which to choose. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Nice size room and great bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place...

The location is perfect for visiting historic Philadephia ,the staff was very freindly and knowledgable. If you have the time go for a carriage ride well worth the money, lots of information in a 1/2 an hour. Excellent stay.

The hotel staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The room was clean with a lovely view. The hotel was centrally located. The indoor pool temperature was a little too cool to be comfortable to swim in and the whirlpool was too hot to stay in for any prolonged period of time.

Location. The rooms are dated and our room was on the second floor and really loud. You could hear street noise and conversations from the adjacent rooms. The shower didn't drain and the bedding had a non washable comforter (ew!). Definitely would not stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient to Philadelphia sight seeing. We had a great time. I wish there was a vending machine in the hotel. I was looking for a cold bottle of water and a snack after midnight, didn't want a meal from from room service, or to wait for one, and the mini bar was so expensive.

comfortable room and location Decor needs to be updated. A bit too baroque/old school. You can communicate "luxury" without overdoing the cheesiness factor.
