Front desk was awesome, Christina is phenominal and welcoming. Rooms were spotless, free wifi, and a great view of chestnut street. Walking distance to EVERYWHERE. best part was no unruly amateurs who run thru the halls after a night in the city. Great time, will def be back asap
$37 for valet parking? Cmon now. No need to attach a tax to valet parking..didnt like how my F150 didnt fit in the garage and had to park on 2nd street. Much cheaper though!
The concierge was very helpful and friendly
The staff was top notch and the location great near all of the historical sites. The 12th floor room we were given had a good view of the city and was well appointed.
At the change of guests, the marble floor in the bathroom needs to be cleaned with a wet swiffer to remove the water spots near the sink and the toilet. We placed the supplied rug near the toilet during our visit.
Very close to Indepenence Hall, Liberty Bell, and restaurants. My first visit to Philadelphia and will likely return.
The staff most of all. And of course the room.
No roof access.
Clean, quiet, staff freindly
Would have liked a map orienting me to the locations of ice machines and other services areas of the building.
The rooms are nicely furnished. The beds are very firm, if you like that. There are great curtains to block out light, the rooms are quiet. They offer good quality restaurant and/or bar service for food.
Bathrooms not cleaned well. I found hair on the floor and on towels that weren't ours. The tile also had spots by the front of the toilet that I was able to clean with a washcloth and some soap. The hallway is freezing, but I was told this is normal. The down pillows caused us neck pain, because we aren't used to sleeping with soft down pillows.
Very nice hotel. Great location. Would definitely recommend booking from booking.com
Parking was a little high. But worth the headache from looking for parking in the city.
Location, location, location. Hmmmm .. not much more. Sure, sheets were clean but towels weren't. Sorry for the post - but it's true ... Beyond that, maybe we were there at the wrong time of year (for 4 days) - however, the cleanliness, sound privacy, quality of breakfast and hotel dinner / staff felt like a Perkins or Denny's.
Entered room; dirty towels on floor. Window over looked brick wall. Dining room svc & food poor. Doorman flirting with staff, not attentive. Breakfast for $ 32.00 was cold, poor. Surprised $ 325 night with $ 125 per day amenities.
Everything was perfect!
Location was excellent. Room was clean and large. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
No breakfast. Wifi was slow. Lobby felt aged.
I've never been greeted and treated with so much genuine kindness and cheerful helpfulness, including and especially from the owner (or manager--can't recall--his name was "A.J.").
Friendly, helpful and open minded staff. Short walk to main attractions and city.
Just a half block from Independence Hall. Staff very attentive and had great information. Large room for a city hotel.
Not many affordable restaurants close by.
Location is fantastic Bed was comfortable
Restaurant and bar staff were beyond rude...hostile Be aware that breakfast items are per order and our breakfast (for two) was $65 per day (and was a small offering at that)
Close to all historic sites and great sleep due to great bed. Free newspaper and morning coffee and no internet fee Clean, helpful staff.
A bit pricey room and restaurant but similar to comparable hotels
We asked for a rollaway bed but since we had 2 queens they told us they could not do it based on fire codes. The online blog said they allow roll aways in the rooms and are free of charge. We had to call and point that out to them.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, clearly a well-trained staff. The concierge Glen sent us to a delightful restaurant and helped with driving directions. The front desk assisted by finding a handicapped accessible room for my elderly mother. I really appreciated that. The location could not have been more convenient to a sightseer.
There were no towel bars in the bathroom. Also, a light breakfast in the bar such as orange juice and a roll would be a good addition.
Large Bedroom Cleanliness Friendly & Helpful Staff Location is Perfect
WiFi connection sometimes slow, routers need to be reset regularly. Breakfast, cooked to order very slow service.
Tub needed to be replaced. Some mold on shower ceiling.
Being so close to historical sights
Front desk staff was phenomenal. Nina and Christina were exceptional. Thank you to Omni for accommodating us. It was a beautiful hotel. We will be back to visit again!
Great location in old city. Comfortable well run hotel
Proximity of historical sights, ease of moving about, how organized the entire city and facilities were. The room was oversized for what we needed and more than comfortable. Even though items were a bit pricey, you got great value for your money.
