I liked the proximity to public transportation, the helpfulness of the doormen and concierge, the friendliness of the check-in, and the proximity to and recommendations for local,reasonably priced restaurants, such as Jones. Pleasant views as well, from room.

The room furnishings could be updated a bit.

Spacious rooms Task chairs the appropriate height for desk, so often other hotels get this wrong. Rooms have a touch of elegance.

It is a 8 minute walk to the main train hub. But no fixing that! I've stayed at your hotel 15x times but only recently discovered the spa. You could do a better job highliting it exists

I loved that you could open the windows and that the views were lovely.

The rooms need a sprucing - obviously not done for some years.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

Omni is an excellent hotel. Rooms are quite large and very well appointed. Staff were most helpful. There are a number of eating places nearby (recommend Spassos) and all the touristy spots are very near to the Hotel.

Cost of valet parking

A great part of town to be in.

No one told us about valet parking when we checked in.

All staff was excellent - especially those handling the car. Very informative with both directions and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

6th floor hallway had a very unpleasant smell the entire weekend - as if a group of smokers had hung out there.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was freindly and accomodations were very good.

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious comfortable rooms. Great view and location. Nice pillows! I loved the fireplace where I could sit and read when I got up early.

Turn down service never came back even though they said they would. We ended up getting no turn down service during a 3-night stay.

we liked the hotel location, and it was very quiet which was excellent.

the pool was way too cold even for a lap pool, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was no reasonable on site food option

Great location; friendly staff; large, pleasant room

Hotel bar had really poor wine (by the glass) selection; not only poor, but over priced for what they offered. We went down the street to the bart at the Hotel Monaco, which was much better.

Friendliness

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

I sat in the bar area with 5 other guests and after waiting more than 10 minutes, one of the guests had to go up and ask for a server and there were few people there. We reported that we had no hot water on Thurs night and it wasn't fixed until late Sat night. Our faucet leaked and wasn't fixed at all. Our window was dirty or had leaked and we could hardly see through it. The halls were freezing and several guests complained as the air conditioning was on and it was cold out.

Excellent location well furnished room attractive pool and spa

1) Poor maintenance-- dirty windows, bad plumbing, freezing hallways. Two of the 3 were not fixed during our stay. 2) series of mistakes at front desk-- my fiancee and I were each billed for the room despite a number of efforts to sort out. She was also billed for things we never used (e.g., bar). 3) $5 for a bottle of water 4) pool and hot tub are lovely but dangerously slippery.

The hotel was great. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Extremely close to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.

There were towels left from the last guest still hanging on our bathroom door. The toilet was crooked probably because there was no space between the door and the toile so the door hit the toilet if it was opened all the way.

The accomodations were very comfortable and clean. The meals were delicious. It is right in the middle of independence park and access to everything.

The location was great! We were there to view the sights and were within walking distance to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, The Convention Center, The Love Statue, etc.

As it was winter, I choose this hotel because it had an indoor poor and hot tube. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was not informed that it was closed for 10 days and that there were not other arrangements to use another location. This was extremely disappointing since this was one of the top three reasons for choosing this hotel. The website should have stated that the pool was closed!

Room was nice & clean

Check-in was at 3:00pm. Room was not ready til 3:40pm. We missed shuttle going to a wedding at 5:00 pm. So we had to take taxi. Addition $15. Only because we had 45 minutes to get ready. Also, I heard from guests that we were suppose to get a welcome bag which we did not get.
