The comfortable bed, linens and pillow. The quiet room room was wonderful in busy NYC. The personalize service each time I stay at the Omni.
Room service seemed fair until tax and service fees were added on.
Romm service staff s great servise
Bath room ,s water is not hot enough.
Great location, good service from staff.
No in room coffee, when we asked about getting a coffee or tea for the room, the staff failed to mention both were available (for a small $) in the lobby restaurant any time of day. We discovered it ourselves the last day. This is s stsff training issue. If a guest asks for coffee, staff should know where to send them for one.
Comfort of the bed, spacious bathroom
That guests should have to pay an additional fee for wi-fi (in their rooms) is outdated.
We loved the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly! They give you your space, but are there when you need them. Beatriz (congierge) is wonderful! They made our stay happy and warm!
The only downside was that there was no coffeemaker in the room or coffee for guests available. But there are many, many places to get breakfast and coffee nearby.
Concierge Mary very helpful Quiet room granted a good nights sleep.
More expensive than anticipated(more taxes than bookings.com had quoted). Rate of exchange not in our favour. Choice on restaurant menu limited. Didn't acknowledge requests from bookings.com or email I sent directly to hotel or phone call I made.
Location. Friendliness of staff - great restaurant recommendations from Concierge. Room was ready at 10:00 am when we arrived. Coffee bar and free NYT in restaurant. Surprise champagne in lobby for Valentine's Day.
For the price of the hotel, Wi-Fi should have been included.
Location, staff, ambiance,
Size of bed
The staff was really helpful and fimriendly always willing to help with any question about the city. It was very clean. Overall the staff seemed well trained.
They don't have a direct line to call a taxi. Internet is very expensive. The rooms are small. They charge for everything.
Clean rooms, great location, wonderful staff. They made it a special trip at every turn. Bed slept like a dream. Nicest fold-out hide-a-bed I've ever seen.
The room was very quiet and conducive to a great night of sleep
Having to pay for wifi, breakfast was only buffet.
Everything, Quality of hotel, staff and location
Would have liked a coffee pot in the room
Location near MOMA, Rockefeller Center, Central Park and other mid town sites. Good exercise room.
Staff were efficient but perfunctory and not particularly welcoming. Room temperature hard to regulate (was there during cold snap). Was charged for use of in-room food erroneously (they did reverse charge when asked to). Was told coffee/tea beverage service would be delivered but never arrived.
Reservation was made by Booking accommodation for 3 people with bedroom preferably with two beds, but upon checking in, I was informed that there would only be room with a bed and that did not would be responsible for reverva made in Booking, would have to do with them direct. We had to stay 6 nights sleeping in one bed.
D water in d room sometimes doesn't work, hot water & cold
I was very impressed with the staff. All very helpful/friendly. The hotel was beautiful inside/out. Very clean and had all the amenaties needed.
Was not happy to have to pay extra for Wi Fi considering the cost of the room. Good thing I didn't need to use it. It is free in the lobby but that's not convienant.
Nice location, good service. We also tried the late restaurant and it was actually very good (small menu though)
Perfect location Good for kids Helpful staff Good restaurant downstairs
A little expensive but that is Manhattan Bathrooms little old Don't expect much in views
Except for macys- walk to lots of great NYC shopping and eating
The location. The doormen. The Bar. The Restaurant.
The Front Desk person who checked me in was unpleasant. Plus we were not told that my Omni membership did not count because I booked through Bookings.com. So I didn't get any member amenities. This after many stays at Omni Berkshire! Same front desk guy informed me!
location, location, location; umbrellas available for guests; bedding and pillows; free internet as Select Guest members
lobby furniture was tired, almost ragged; our room was small; no drawers for clothes; as Select Guest members, we were supposed to get coffee in AM; we had to call to ask every day.
If you are a shopper, you are in the middle of the finest shops, but if you are not there to shop, there are nicer hotels for less!
If I'm going to pay over $500 a night, I want a view and I don't want to wait for the hot water for 20 minutes. I'd rather be in the newer hotels, closer to Times Square.
I specifically requested a room with 2 beds--either 2 doubles or a king with a rollaway. It was on my email confirmation and when I arrived they said it was not in my record, was not available and the BLAMED YOU. So, I would highly recommend that you have a better understanding with your hotel clients because they rudely said they couldn't help and that I should always book directly with the hotel, not through a third party. It was not a good experience.
Coffee delivery to my room in the morning.
My room shared a wall with the elevator and I heard it all night.
Window area in room cold
