Detroit is becoming a revitalized city with many great restaurants, sporting venues and entertainment venues. Very walkable and increased transit system would make this the perfect city to visit. It's so good to see the re-birth of the buildings and the businesses making this a city vibrant and attracting more visitors each year.

Detroit is a beautiful place to visit.
Detroit is a beautiful place to visit. Most people are relatively friendly. I had no problems, other than the place that I stayed. They had mice and it was a dead mouse in the sink on the second day. The person managing the property came in while I wasn't there. I couldn't cook my Thanksgiving dinner because there was no dining table. So my family had to eat with our plates in our laps. I was told to give a good review and they would give me back half of my money. They lied! I have text messages and pictures.

Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be.
Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be. There is a lot to do around the city. With the Q-line and the people mover being a mode of free transportation, it is much easier to get around if you can park just outside of the downtown area

The host, Frontdesk, sent clear, easy-to-follow instructions in different formats. They also conviently re-sent, just before check-out time, the code to open the box for leaving the keys.
It is very nice to have a full apartment rather than just a hotel room. My wife and I especially like having a table and chairs to work on together rather than a small desk with only a single chair as provided by typical hotel rooms.
And the location was great; it was central to much of what we wanted to see in Detroit.
Staffing was great and the bed was very comfortable, along with an outstanding view of downtown Detroit. Dinner and customer service at D.Prime Steakhouse was fantastic! Also, having valet parking - free of charge - during our stay was very convenient. lastly, we felt very safe due to having a security guard at the entrance to the lobby and elevators that lead to the rooms for overnight guess (plus you had to swipe your room key to enter this section of the lobby and on the elevators.
As the realtors say: location, location, location!
This is an amazing place to stay if you’re comfortable with the array of things going on in downtown Detroit — and the folx in it. (One block from the bus terminal makes it interesting, but not too challenging most of the time.)
High-ceiling modern loft living, reserved one day at a time. What’s not to love?
Don’t expect a bellhop or hotel amenities. Security is on-site and attentive to what’s going on. So no parties, inside or out.
I really loved the pool it was very beautiful and just a very calming atmosphere. I definitely felt like I was relaxing, the rainfall shower in my luxury king suite was exceptional along with the view of downtown Detroit from the 12th floor ! The casino had many options of bars to choose from and 32 degrees was my favorite bar over all for sure ! (Must try the frozen rośe)
Innovative new hotel chain. Each room is a nicely appointed studio apt. Very clean and comfortable, and staff if helpful and friendly. This property is in the beautifully restored Book Building in downtown Detroit, which has undergone significant revitalization. I highly recommend trying this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.
We absolutely loved the vintage look and decor. The lobby, the cocktail bar, the hallways, and the room. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need to see in Detroit. The staff was incredible. Made us feel so welcome and we loved spending the rest of our night after our event at the hotel.
We were in Detroit just overnight to attend an event at Little Caesars Arena. The hotel was close to both the venue and the restaurant we had picked out, front desk staff were great and the room was very comfortable.
Everything!! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s so clean. Comfy beds. Big shower and bathroom. The staff was amazing!! The valet, the staff taking our bags to room. You felt like a queen/king staying here
The place had a great vibe and it was so close to everything in downtown Detroit. The accommodations we nice and clean and they even provided champagne since it was my wife and I's anniversary.
We had a suite, hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to everything. In the centre of Greek town. Very spacious. Comfortable and great facilities. Would recommend it.
Updated room, clean bath, clean linens
Seems to be under new management, grounds cleaner, well lit. If you only need a place to stay downtown Detroit, why pay double anywhere else.
Perfect location for Detroit river view walk and marina. Canada bridge is close, view form the room is amazing. Everything is close and people mover in the hotel
