Exelente ubicacion, arquitectura y decoracion que invitan a relajarte y disfrutar tu estancia en la ciudad Bueno siempre queremos una tarifa mas comoda cuando se habla de un hotel que no es para estar mucho tiempo en sus instalaciones

L'absence de Wi-FI dans les chambres. A moins d'être membre du Groupe auquel appartient l'hôtel, ce qui est impossible pour un client ne résidant pas aux Etats-Unis.

It's atmosphere and comfortable room. It's good location in a relatively quiet area of the city. Our room was at the front of the hotel and looked out on California Street which is busy with through traffic and the clang of the cable cars pulling themselves up and down to and from Nob Hill. The double glazing was inadequate to shield this outside noise so sleeping was difficult during our two night stay particularly when the cable cars run from 7.00 -1.00 am. Bookings classify this a 5 star hotel which we wouldn't agree with. In our opinion it rates a very good 4 star. Deluxe but dated but still very good value.
