    The service was really friendly and the hotel was really beautiful.

    Is a bit pricey. Internet isn't free unless you become a member of the hotel chain.

    Courteous and conscientious staff. Clean facilities.

    Construction on the corner outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, mind you, but still it's no fun to be woken up by jackhammers...

    The concierge made our anniversary perfect, his extra effort really made all the expense of the Omni worth it The facilities are great and clean

    My wife and I got stuck in Chicago a night from a transfer flight. The Omni was great and had the best location!

    Very poor value for money Absolutely no reason to pay so much, service and room are average but everything in the hotel is ridiculously overpriced 50$ per day for valet...

    Compared to other luxury hotels, the Omni is a little less expensive than some of the others, but delivered a truly luxurious experience. The Omni staff are some of the most gracious in the hospitality industry. We were warmly welcomed and looked after. It was an easy walk to Chinatown and many great restaurants.

    I would have liked a better view.

    Stylish hotel with impressive lobby. Helpful staff on door and concierge/front desk. Our room had a view looking north towards Alcatraz island, which was surprising. Adequate room size and space for the family. Not too far to walk to shops and pier sights.

    Walls not so well insulated. Could hear others talking loudly late at night. No breakfast cafés nearby.

    Everything, Even forgot to put out the card for free coffee, called and within 10 minutes had a fresh pot if coffee

    Nothing, We walked there from the Ferry Building so no parking issues

    Amazing location. Great staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Very helpful whenever I needed anything.

    staff were very pleasant and helpful.......excellent

    parking expensive mini bar expensive.....$7.50 for a bottle of water ! Not a complaint as such but this is not what I would class a 5 star hotel, rooms were nice but a bit basic for a 5 star hotel, albeit this may be because it is San Francisco.

    Location of hotel was fantastic, very central.The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The service was professional and prompt. The room we had was spacious and perfect for tired travellers.

    Bobs restaurant next door was disappointing .The food was expensive and badly presented with unusual combinations of foods. The caesar salad was just lettuce with dressing. ( not our understanding of what a caesar salad should be.)

    Nice hotel but...

    I ordered room for 3 people with city view but staff told me that there is only rooms for 2 people with city view. I spent 250 USD per day for watching at wall.

    We loved everything and only wished we had more time to stay there. My favorite part was champagne at check-in. The staff was very personable and made us feel like stars.

    Our stay was flawless except for realizing at check-in that we had to upgrade to get the type of room Booking.com had said we booked.
