Staff responded immediately to our concerns
Didn't have prepaid wifi
Crisp, clean & "masculine" style hotel. Lot's of marble, dark woods, brass, glass and tile. Great place to do business, meet for a cocktail or lunch.
It's part of the city, so you have to take it with a grain of salt, but valet parking is spendy. Not much you can do about it when in San Francisco.
Comfy bed, very kind, attentive staff.
Very nice hotel, nothing wrong at all, though didn't have any one particular thing that just set it apart. Decor is a little tired. Very, very, nice. Really good service
Supposed to be second best hotel in San Fran, what a joke. Tiny room, upgraded room had no view, wallpaper was falling off. Never again
Location, the beautiful building beginning 20th century style, high quality and the steak house
Beautiful lobby, located centrally but in the business district rather than the shopping one
Man at check in desk was marginally rude, there was an uphill walk to the shopping district, very expensive, paid wifi was expensive but if you join "select guest" at no cost it's free even if you're staying at an omni hotel for the first time
The rooms were beautiful and well maintained The staff were all lovely and very helpful The neighbourhood was safe and handy to everything
All accommodation in San Francisco is expensive, but this was a worthwhile treat
Room was nice and clean.
As soon as we walked in the door we knew we would like the hotel - the reception area had an old world charm about it. The staff were very friendly and our room was what one would expect from a quality hotel. This hotel in every respect was one of the best we have stayed at.
Could find no fault - even the detail items were good
The location for all the attractions was ideal & within easy walking distance. The staff were very attentive. The hotel foyer was very impressive & luxurious.
The room was ok, nothing special, we could here all the street noise as the windows are single glazed. The cost (due to location) was incredibly expensive , with additional costs for parking ($59 per night) & wifi ($15 per night)
The hotel is in an old bank building with lots of character. The rooms area decent size, with good bathrooms. Hotel is on a tram line, and well located for Chinatown and only a few blocks from Union Square. The area is quiet, with less homeless people than many areas in SF.
It's a bit expensive, but it's a quality hotel. WiFi is not free, but if you join their select hotel programme it is.
Great location convenient to everything.
The cost of breakfast was a bit high although the food and service was great.
Great location for a Nob Hill concert at Masonic, rooms were quiet, very clean, express check in and check out very efficient. A very good value for this part of San Francisco
No reason to pay extra for a room higher up with a view as all you will be seeing is the building across the street.
Bed comfort , quitness
Staff is well trained Location is ideal to restaurants, AT&T park, Chinatown, Wharf, shopping at Union Square, and Ferry Building. In the heart of San Francisco and close to freeway on and off ramps to 101,280, and 80 Bay Bridge. Good Happy Hour Bar. Good Fitness room. Safe area of town.
The hotel had a great location. The room was a nice size but was nothing special. The staff was very friendly. We did get helpful information from the concierge.
My wife and I were traveling through San Francisco on our honeymoon. My wife got sick and unfortunately had to spend our time there cooped up in the hotel. She could not have been happier. The hotel is exquisite and more over the staff (each and every one) are the friendliest people I've ever met. This hotel is excellent.
The Omni is in a great location in the financial quarter and we walked to many if san francisco's sights and attractions easily. It was superbly comfortable and the staff were extremely welcoming, efficient and attentive. We loved it!
The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel is located right in the center of SF (walked everywhere!). Concierge service helped us find the best sights.
No buffet breakfast option. Took the waiters more than 30 minutes to serve cold cereal and bagels, so we had to skip breakfast to catch our flight!

The service was really friendly and the hotel was really beautiful.
Is a bit pricey. Internet isn't free unless you become a member of the hotel chain.
Location Helpful, friendly staff
Expensive Not many amenities
Courteous and conscientious staff. Clean facilities.
Construction on the corner outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, mind you, but still it's no fun to be woken up by jackhammers...
The concierge made our anniversary perfect, his extra effort really made all the expense of the Omni worth it The facilities are great and clean
