Broken Elevators, Hallways cluttered, It seemed like there were residents living in the hotel which made us feel like we were intruding, lack of vanity space in bathroom, lack of towels,

A good big bed

No breakfast at the hotel, if you are in a hurry you do not want to go out and back again. I was working from the hotel and the Internet was a bit slow during the morning, a little irritating but ok.

there should have been a deposit safe for that kinda money. I missed a minibar. Room service was very inpersonal (came in plastic bags and stuff).

Location was fab. Subway close, close to Central Park, Lincoln Centre, shops, resturants etc. The hotel staff were really nice also.

The room was beyond expectations.

The lifts were either not working or worked badly. My self and other guests ended up using the stairs which were not signed for exits and let you wonder into building sites!

Location is great on upper west side. close to subway. Rooms very attractive and modern.

I reserved a limo to Newark Airport when leaving. The Bell Captain arranged the ride. Fare was quaoted at $78 although the far was $62 on arrival. I agreed to pay. On arrival at the airport the driver could not accept credit. I don't think he was from a legitimate company. I refused - he took off - very stage. When arranging through hotels, this should not happen!
