The hotel was perfect for us. Could not fault the staff. They always had our rooms made up lovely every day and clean towels. Lovely ocean views. Shukkers restaurant that is attached to the hotel serves great food. Pool was clean. Service at reception was very prompt and friendly. We arrived early and they had a room ready for us. Very helpful staff.

You are a bit away from south beach but if you get the L Bus outside the hotel this will bring you to south beach in about half an hour.

Convinience resort hotel.. Lot of trees and green... Clean...

Too pricey, not good value for money. We were booked for a Deluxe king room but were given an ordinary tiny room with a tiny bathroom. The carpet gave the room an unpleasant smell. The continental breakfast was scanty and served on plastic cups, plates and cutlery. Its location is too far from Miami Beach, South Beach and all the best attractions.

The position was good for an overnight stop having flown in to Miami International airport, and flying out again the following day.The shuttle service from the airport much appreciated.

We have stayed at Best Western Hotels before and been very satisfied, hence the reason for choosing this one. We were very disappointed with the overall aspect of the Hotel.Very shabby in places, a coat of paint wouldn't go a miss and the bed linen looked as if it hadn't been laundered. Luckily we were only staying overnight.Very poor value for money.

The breakfast arrangements were not good especially at peak times. The coffee was overbrewed and the toasters and waffle makers need updating.(they were tired)More good fresh fruit should have been available. Hotel need a good repaint.

This time the room look better with no smell of mold, but it was in the old part and room was not renewable and not with space to give it a classification of confort and the price too high and full of diferent taxes.

The mold smell, the staff not so friendly and price too high after some crazy taxes as convention development. If you look in some coupon book discount you will find rooms at the same hotel by the half of the price.

Service, breakfast, view on the bay and confort. Location but with a car.

Gratuities excessive at the restaurant of 18% while everywhere else was 15%.

Airport shuttle,great staff,room with fridge,iron,etc.Bar/grill on site is very good.Short walk to liquor/grocery stores.Balcony nice.

Shuttle may run late.Allow extra time.Windows on most units don't overlook water as in pictures.

Great location, just few miles from Ocean drive, the room was confortable and clean. Good breakfast

The breakfast room (close by the reception area) might be too crowded

During our stay from December 18 to January 1, the grill restaurant was closed December 24-25 and December 31: this is not a good idea, the Best Western On the Bay Inn and Marina is pretty far from everything.

Excellent helpful staff. Breathtaking view from the bayfront room. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel and guest rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. We ate twice at Shuckers Waterfront Grill, very good food and service. Located ok in relation to north beach. North beach is a very nice beach to spend days at. A bit too far from south beach. No walking distance to food or shopping, which is a pity, since one person must always drive..

Our family really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the free shuttle ride to the airport, and the ability to check in early after getting off our cruise ship. The beds were very comfortable.

Our first room had a faulty toilet, so we were moved to a different room. Later that night the light bulb was burned out in our room, so maintenance had to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience.
