Rauhallisuudesta ja siitä, että ei ole hirveän iso hotelli. Ajankohta (tammi-helmikuun vaihde) sellainen, että uima-allas miltei yksin käytössämme. Hotellin yhden rakennuksen alakerrassa toimii kohtuuhintainen ravintola, joka tarpeen, koska hotellin sijainti ei ole ihan ravintola- ja hotellialuueella. Hyvää oli myös se, että bussilinja L kulki hotellin edestä ja sillä pääsi hyvin Miami Beachin keskustaan ja vaihtamalla myös Miamiin. Autolla liikkuvalle hyvät pysäköintiolot. Lentokenttäkuljetuksen sisältyminen hyvä asia, joskin sen toiminta-ajan voisi mainita hotellin internet-tiedoissa. Sijainti mietitytti alkuun, mutta bussilinjan käytöllä selvittiin hyvin. Informointi yleisen liikenteen lippujutuista olisi kysyttäessä voinut olla parempi. |

Siistit isot huoneet, hyvä aamiainen, pieni kuntosali ja uima-allas. Ilmainen kuljetus lentokentälle oli myös plussaa. Hotelli sijaitsee melko kaukana South Beachilta. Busseja menee aika usein mutta matka kestää ainakin puolisen tuntia. Jos käytettävissä on oma auto, etäisyys ei ole ongelma. |

The view & the staff at the hotel and restaurant were great and the food was exellent ! We stayed in room 318 and there was a noise that sounded like a cloths dryer that would come on every once in a while all night long ,it wasn't real load ,just enough to be a bother! We asked the staff in the morning ,but they didn't know what it was? |

Great pool with see view, clean room, good breakfast, price/quality of the room, free parking, a good deal despite of the little deasagrements a little bit noisy due to water noise, a littel bit far from downtown miami (20 mins with a car about an hour with public transportation), car needed but free parking |

I thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. Frustratrated with various other aspects of my trip, I found the staff at this hotel accomodating and a breath of fresh air, when I just felt like screaming. We enjoyed Schuckers next door, and also found our waitress outstanding, while the view on the patio was great ! |

The resturant was very good, and being on the Bay was wonderful. The breakfast was fine. The room was very nice. The one thing that was very upsetting was waiting for the shuttle from the airport. The lady arrived and was directed some where else, so we had to wait another 20 minutes and then she came back. Made no sence to us other than to make us mad. It put a sour spot in the day after flying and being in airports and just wanting to get to our hotel. |

Nothing..... the staff was rude. The woman monitoring the "breakfast" was the worst ever. No shuttle service after 10pm (they didnt mention this until we where at stuck at the airport. Our room smelled like dirty socks. |

The staff was very friendly. The room is large and very clean. The location is very good since there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and it is near to Miami Beach (15 min by bus). Moreover, there is a supermarket (Food Giant) few steps away from the hotel. The continental breakfast is excelent with good variety of food. The free shuttle service airport-hotel and free wi-fi in the room are amazing. I would definitely recommend it! |

room is spacious, good beds, table 2 chairs, clean, has an empty fridge and microwave, coffee is complementary so you can make your own breakfast and store food in the fridge. bathroom is rather basic, airconditioning is very loud and uncomfortable. |

perfect location and very friendly staff bit concerned that the shuttle only left for the airport after 1100 on request. one reason for staying was the location but it is a little away from the airport. all worked out as the hotel laid a bus on for us and the managers were excellent. |

Recommended. Stayed at the hotel for 9 days before our one week cruise. Definitely worth the money. Helpful and very courteous staff. Will stay there again without doubt. The air conditioner unfortunately very noisy in the hotel room . |
