Best Western On The Bay Inn & Marina

It is situated in a very convenient part of Miami if you have a car.

The view & the staff at the hotel and restaurant were great and the food was exellent !

We stayed in room 318 and there was a noise that sounded like a cloths dryer that would come on every once in a while all night long ,it wasn't real load ,just enough to be a bother! We asked the staff in the morning ,but they didn't know what it was?

a little bit noisy due to water noise, a littel bit far from downtown miami (20 mins with a car about an hour with public transportation), car needed but free parking

I thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. Frustratrated with various other aspects of my trip, I found the staff at this hotel accomodating and a breath of fresh air, when I just felt like screaming. We enjoyed Schuckers next door, and also found our waitress outstanding, while the view on the patio was great !

The staff was very friendly. The room is large and very clean. The location is very good since there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and it is near to Miami Beach (15 min by bus). Moreover, there is a supermarket (Food Giant) few steps away from the hotel. The continental breakfast is excelent with good variety of food. The free shuttle service airport-hotel and free wi-fi in the room are amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

perfect location and very friendly staff

bit concerned that the shuttle only left for the airport after 1100 on request. one reason for staying was the location but it is a little away from the airport. all worked out as the hotel laid a bus on for us and the managers were excellent.

All was in perfect order. Room, beds, pool, included breakfast. The bus to South Beach stops in front of the hotel and runs very frequently.

Bus to south beach takes appr. 30 minutes, so is quite far.The hotel shuttle is only complimentary when pick-up service from airport, because the shuttle back to the airport is in principle paid.

Hotel staff were very nice, room was clean every day very good. Location near bus station was excellent. Access to internet.

The only thing we didn't like was breakfast, but we believe that is American breakfast that we (European) are not used of it. The other thing we found bad is that on our last night there I fellt really sick (that lasted for few days but that night it was the worst) and we wen't to the recepcion to ask them to call a doctor. The ld man that worked that night promised to call a doctor, he took our room number and went to room expecting a doctor who didn't show up. We had a flight so we left a hotel at 6 am and waited for doctor from 1 am. When we asked why didn't doctor come, he just told us that everything will be all right. I don't think this is accaptable, what if i would be any worse than i even was?? He just didn't take us seriously.
