Best Western On The Bay Inn & Marina  

Vi kom sent och fick inte ett rum vi önskade. Detta rummet låg första våningen mot parkeringen. Tyvärr luktade väldigt mycke fukt. Inget hotell vi längtar tillbaka till.

Room was pretty huge, clean with fridge, coffee machine and aircon. Bathroom big and clean. Two big beds - for us nearlly too much for one night. Very good restaurant with terrace and nice staff.

There is a bussy streat a little close, so you can hear it, however we slept well. The fridge itself close to the bed also make a little noice. Rooms close the restaurant will hear the noice from there, others can be disrupted by the street.

The location was why it was chosen and it did not disappoint. Parking was good and there was no need to struggle with luggage as an elevator was available. The room was comfortable and had a full size refrigerator. After a long drive from St Augustine it was great to use the pool and being able to have dinner in the lively restaurant overlooking the water without having to drive anywhere and look for parking was a bonus. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly making our brief stay most enjoyable. Coffee and tea available in the reception area was most appreciated and the breakfast was really good with bagels, toast, pastries and make your own fresh waffles, plus juice, tea and coffee.

The air conditioning could have been quieter and whilst the bathroom was adequate it was small.

Spacious and well equipped room; adequate free parking; good choice breakfast; nice poolside and view over North Bay;helpful personnel: with a little difference in price we were moved to a much better & renovated building

Safe has only a key, no numerical lock; wi-fi signal is erratic; frontdesk personnel returned important correspondence although warned about its arrival;Shuckers bar is noisy

A very small bath room with the wash basin outside the bathroom. Room not spacy, the entrance door can't be closed properly. Not at all worth for the money.

Great location if you want a waterfront hotel.

The hotel said they didn't offer airport shuttle yet when we were waiting to be shuttled to the port, we had to wait for the shuttle to get back from the airport. Interesting.

hotel has nice comfortable rooms. the bathroom is a bit small, but ok. choose this hotel ONLY if you have a car. we chose this hotel because the free parking and location to mutliple places. if you only want to stay in miami beach, pick another hotel. if you want to go shopping, go beaches, go downtown, etc., the location is good.

although the room is nice and modern, the facilities are not the most modern.

A very comfortable, well run hotel, with good facilities for the price. Excellent waterfront restaurant on site with great views of the bay. In a nice location, but a long drive to Downtown Miami or to Ocean Drive. Would be no good without a car.

The only thing is the distance from beaches, South Beach and Downtown.
