Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Hotel interior feels a bit worn out.
Friendly and helpful staff in a comfortable and well maintained hotel
Restaurant and service are so bad. They are not kind and made so cosy.
Responsive, friendly staff. Located near main metro lines and Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and CVS. Nice large room with fully equipped, separate kitchen. Bathroom accessed through large room like walk-in closet (and on other side of kitchen from sleeping area) allowed for greater privacy and little disturbance if someone was still sleeping. Good on-site restaurant. I am planning to stay there again!
There were no recycling containers in room. I was suprised by the high volume of ambulance traffic to the hospital on the other side of Washington Circle, but got used to the sirens.
the staff was attentive and very courteous! Great room! All around terrific experience!
Friendly staff, easy to get to metro, straightforward walk to the mall/Georgetown. All good. Enjoyed breakfast too!
Booking.com didn't communicate we had breakfast in our room rates but the hotel was very happy to waive the charges accordingly.
Carpet and bath could really use an upgrade
From the moment I pull up in my car there is someone with a smile and a greeting that follows me right to the front desk staff!
Sirens from hospital all night long. Seems they could not be so loud middle of night...not that much traffic to warn...doubt it would affect arrival time to ER. Once vehicle within 2 blocks of ER, flashing lights may suffice unless traffic does not move over.
Everything - location, service, staff, price. I've stayed at more expensive hotels that weren't nearly as nice.
It is easier to find, 3 minutes walk from Foggy Bottom metro Helpful staff, good size room, excellent wifi (free), comfortable bed, decent shower. Traders Joes near by to get some food items, likewise CVS pharmacy. Room was reasonable value. Small gym on the ground floor - fine if not busy.
The George Washington Hospital Emergency Room is on the other side of the Circle, 100m away. The sirens on the ambulances are very loud through the night. The light went out in the kitchen.
Huge rooms Friendly staff Good location just a few blocks from Georgetown
Ambulances from nearby hospital always using their sirens
Comfortable bed Big room Clean Excellent value
Kitchen was dated Staff presence wasn't felt
All the facilities are there, hair dryer, iron, we had a complete suite the kitchen had microwave, big refrigerator, best coffee beans+ coffee grinder. TV has 50+ Premium Channels, very good, the bed room had a TV As well. everything very clean. The bathroom shampoo quality was awesome. The shower head was so good worked like a Jacuzzi massage as well! The way it sprinted the water you would really enjoy all aspects of this hotel, very friendly staff. Mr. Noara checked us in, very helpful guy. Very knowledgeable.
Sirens of ambulance but its everywhere in Washington like that, but because its such a comfortable bed and suite you would really be able to ignore it after a while.
Very courteous staff, large clean and comfortable rooms, and really convenient to the metro.... And a Whole Foods across the street to stock up the little fridge.
The hotel is walking distance to nightlife, shopping, and restaurants. I felt comfortable in the room, it was restful, and affordable. I would come back
The service was perfect, couldn't be better.
Cannot think of anything which could have been added (other than the addition of a sharp knife in the kitchen).
Facilities, staff, the room, the balcony , the view and the price were on point!
You all MUST tell your guests about the incidentals fee. I've never seen it so high usually it's been $50 not $150. I understand it was Halloween weekend HOWEVER you must inform people when they check in that that much more will be taken. Because of that I'm now having to pay my rent late and pay an extra fee because the money won't be back in my account until Wednesday. I also heard some guests complaining about the same thing.
todo.- Es un hotel muy recomendable
The location was perfect for the Metro and access to the airport. Maybe the hotel could provide instructions as to the use of the Metro to the airport. We were continually asked for taxi service at the door and not told about the Metro.
Because the kitchen is so big - unnecessarily so, the bathroom was too far away from the bedroom. And we were not told when we booked that there was a full kitchen which we did not need for our short stay. The beds were comfortable but we could have used an extra light blanket instead of the comforter when it got too warm. There was none in the room.
the shower taps are a bit tricky to use.
Everything: very clean, spacious, well equipped rooms; very comfortable beds. Quiet, no fuss. Friendly staff. Well situated within easy reach of shopping, dining, and museums. Excellent price/quality.
Staff 15 min walk to Whitehouse & Lincoln memorial
