The staff were very helpful.
Noisy during the weekend if you stay in the lower floors. :(
Location, free drinks and fruit in lobby, kitchen facilities, responsible staff
I enjoyed the friendly staff, the amazing room setup and the price was just right! I will be staying again
We had very spacious and comfortable accommodations.
Great place...close to everything...staff was extremely helpful.
It appears because we didn't book through the normal channels we were given a room that was probably the worst in the hotel. Directly over trash area. Noisy Monday morning at?? 4:30 AM?
Location to Metro!
Old Furnisher . Not comfortable bed
FREE WiFi Friendly Front Desk
Hospital is very close to the hotel so the sirens can wake you up if you don't sleep very deep.
Free internet, good gym equipment, super nise stuff, a lot of space in the apartment.
Carpets in the room was clammy and wet. Both rooms! No warning, just bare feet hitting cold carpet in the morning.
Wish we could have stayed longer
Location was ideal and staff was friendly and helpful
Clean, friendly and very central location with close walking distance to most of DC attractions including Gerorgetown. Breakfast not included, but could buy various meals.
booked a double room, was given a full bed and a pull out couch - not two doubles. Facilities were dates, bed sheets were old and the fabric was pilled & uncomfortable. No atm at the hotel.
Staff was very nice & helpful.
Noisy construction site on the property behind thr hotel. Started their works at 6 am!
This hotel is in great location. Walking distance to Foggy Bottom metro station. 10 minutes walk from Georgetown and Dupont Circle which is good for evening go-outs.
Location was great for our purposes. Staff was very competent and accommodating, and very friendly, too. The room was spacious and had a good-sized desk for the load of work I had to bring with me. We highly recommend One Washington Circle.
It had a kitchen and it was pretty good. Full facility and very comfortable. We enjoyed! Staff was very friendly
Bathroom and kitchen needs remodeling for the cost of staying there.
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!!
Rooms can be updated.
Friendly staff, comfortable environment.
Very good location, close to metro. Room is large and clean, excellent to have a kitchen.
If you do not like this place then there is something wrong with you.
The friendliness of the staff, especially the doormen, and the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. Also I discovered the Whole Foods Market after being there for 2 days, and I fell in love with it.
Right next to Washington hospital. Ambulance, police, and fire sirens all day and night. But I did get used to it and managed to tune them out after a few days .
Loved living in a suite of rooms. Like being in your own apartment.
Service, comfort, convenience, cost and cleanliness
very old hotel
huge room balcony
The staff. Ross was terrible with explaining why I got charged as much as I did, and tried to calculate everything in his head instead of visually showing me the details. Also a lady at the front desk decided to be unprofessional and tell my friends coming up that we were about to get kicked out. We weren't, just warned that we were too loud (which is understandable). I think they all need training in customer service.
It was an older facility, with resulting noise when heat/air turned off and on. Microwave did not work, but was replaced immediately.
The bed was extremely comfortable
