Holiday Inn Ontario Airport - California    

I like it very much Room is very nice and comfortable.

Very nice and clean.

1- Tub/shower very slipery, needs more traction. 2- Disrupted at between 9:00 - 9:30 by staff. 3- Buffet area not very organized.

My favorite part was the staff. They went above and beyond on their own accord to assure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was modern and clean. Room service was prompt.

The only thing I can say is maybe better lighting in bathrooms.

I liked the quality at a good value. Place is very intimate and comfortable. I liked how close my room was to the lobby, restaurant, and steps to convention center. Very comfortable rooms.

More towels in room. You should have creamer options for the coffee bar in room.

Price and staff

Terrible lighting in room. The cheapest, the worst. Poor selection of pillows, way too thick . Crummy food and service. Room service plate left outside neighboring room all day.

Clean rooms, Quiet and friendly staff. All in all it was a great experience.

Water pressure was a bit too hard in shower (even after adjusting it).

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. The restaurant food was very good and the service was excellent. The location was perfect.

Après plusieurs séjours, je m’aperçois que la qualité des chambres n'est pas égale, certaines sont au top, propreté, qualité des meubles et des accessoires, d'autres montrent quelques défaillances quant à la propreté et l'état des sanitaires par exemple, robinetterie défectueuse, chasse d'eau fuyarde, lavabo félé.

I appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff is usually very accommodating. Its quiet and usually well worth the money

?I was misinformed initially at checkout in regards to a required $50 deposit, assuured that it would be reimbursed within 48 business hours, when in fact upon checking out that it would take 10days. I've stayed at your establishment before and the deposit has always been reimbursed within 2-3 days, 10 days is unexceptable. Please note that its not amount in question, its the princpal of set expectations given my staff members. The checkout host said I can call your accounting dept to rectify the issue. My immediate thought was "really"?

Room did not smell good upon arrival. Had to leave Windows open with fan to vent air. Next morning still there. Not gonna be "chillin at the holiday" any more.

Rooms are very nice.

Proximity to business conference was excellent. Restaurants were close to get a good meal. Also, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The exercise room was adequate size with good amount of powered exercise machines, but only two of them worked. The rest of the power was out on all of the machines and the tv.

The hotel was beautiful I would stay again. My wife and I were impressed with the breakfast it was delicious not your typical hotel breakfast. Fresh fruits and delicious pancakes, waffles.

My in room safe did not work. When I reported it to the front desk it took 2 days before anyone came to try to fix it. In was told it did work and I didn't know how to use it. Turned out it was not working and could not be fixed. I found the front desk staff to be arrogant and unresponsive. There was debris on the floor in my room from the previous guest. Someone came into my room while I was out and turned off the air conditioner until I complained to the front desk.

The inn is nicely designed and built, has a friendly, helpful staff, has a nice open design, is clean and uncluttered. The bartender was wonderful - very professional and helpful.

I called before arriving, and had trouble understanding the man at the desk who answered. Also, he put me on hold and did not come back. When I met him later, he was very nice in person, and apologized. A larger sign out front would be helpful.

We love staying at this Holiday Inn. It's very nice, and they give us an extra hour to check out, so we don't have to rush.

The only problem happened with the housekeeping services trying to get in when we were still in the room.
