Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Ontario  

Front desk staff were excellent. We arrived early and were able to check in hours prior to the normal check in time. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is only 5 min. away from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. There is a great mall across the street and an Outback restaurant a few hundred feet away. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The pool towels are very small and rough.

EXCELLENT value for the money. Very convenient to the Auto Club Speedway. Very good complemetary breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

I loved everything! From the welcome fresh cookie to the check out receipt under the door on the departuring day! The room and the bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable! Breakfast is awesome! We do feel at home. Coffee, tea, cookies and fresh apples avaiable all day long. The manager should be complimented on her excellent job and great staff! I'm looking forward to a next stay there!

Overall friendliness and the accommodations. The cookies were a real treat. Have been to many nice hotels and never given free cookies. The breakfast was excellent. Very clean and location excellent. Will be back.

I had the unfortunate experience of my power going out in my room. I called the front desk and Jennifer answered. She tried her best to resolve the problem and when it could not be handled she immediately offered to move me to another room. Then she told me I would not have to pay for the stay and it was on the house. I certainly did not expect that and will certainly stay with Country Inn solely because of Jennifer and her friendly customer service.

The exercise room did not have any type of weights to work out with.

Navigator (Hertz Neverlost) could not detect the location of this hotel. Hotel should give that information to Hertz. It was very difficult for me to find hotel in the night.

I liked everything, even the hypoallergenic room.

I had a very early flight and my breakfast to go was not ready at 4:45 am as requested the day before.

Everything, they were absolutely wonderful! We loved the apples and cookies, and they were so very nice to our family and friends who came to visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the house keeping was very accommodating.

It is very close to the Ontario Mills Mall.

There location was hard to find.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and most helpful at all times. especialy Susy in the breakfast hall. Nothing was too much of an effort for them when we had some requests. A most enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be back. The Business centre was a great service and helped us keep in touch with friends and the office. Well done!

Great welcome and perfect service. And the location just across the drive from Ontario Mall was perfect for shopping ;-)

covenient location , clean and quiet

Your valet service to and from the airport was exceptional. Prompt, polite, personable.

Tv fuzzy -- needs better connections

It was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast buffet did not offer a widw variety of options and the food was only so so.

There was confusion with the reservation. They told us they had us booked for an earlier date and it showed us as a "no show". Luckily I saved my confirmation in my email. They fixed the problem when they saw my email.

i had a large moving van and parking was a little tight, but we managed.

Pool closed too early

the staff were very nice and warm from day one.. the breakfast was fantastic,my children looked forward to it every morning .the location was very good. has A big shopping mall close by.the rooms was clean and spacious.I would stay there again.

I love everything

I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites several times and each time is great! Love that breakfast is included. Room was clean, very friendly staff and everything was accessible. Thank you guys for everything!
