The room, design, floors, paint, furniture and overall style very nice! The price was great.

The remote control for the tv was disgustingly dirty, the night shift check-in guy was rude and condescending. The internet was slow even at 1am . . .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The television only had a few channels that actually worked. Some of the channels showed a picture but had no sound other channels were just blank. The bed wasn't very comfortable either

TV didn't have channels that were listed and no volume on some of the stations.

I liked the room, the space and the decor. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very nice. The shower was nice but a little rusty.

I did not like the extra fees I was charged but I was credited back my money, so it's ok. The jacuzzi was not in service. no microwave

The hotel had a very contemporary modern feel. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. I loved everything about it!

A little better food selection in the evening. I arrived tired and hungry and there was little to eat.

Too slowly internet...oh my god~~~shut internet network system...

Our suite was beautifully decorated and felt far nicer than a standard hotel room. The artwork, mural, turquoise and butter colored walls, accent pillows, laminate flooring and rug all made it feel much less anonymous. The shower with rain shower head, ample room for two, bench, and cushy towels, was luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have a sofa and ottomans, plus a bench.

The lights weren't hooked up right to the wall switches. There were only 2 bath towels and just soap and shampoo, not conditioner and lotion, like most hotels. The included breakfast consisted of tasteless waffles, commercial mini-muffins, cereal, juice, and odd-tasting diet yogurt. There was no outlet by the desk for our computer.

the pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't usable. we could have used more washcloths and a 2nd wastebasket

About 6-8 channels on the TV had no sound. I had to ask for towels and soap. Hairdryer on the floor in the bathroom made me think it hadn't been cleaned.

I like the colors and the wall paper design, nice furniture. Its a warm and cosy. Not expensive, and the bed its so comfortable!

They always ask me if this is my first time... You have no records of me. It doesn't make me feel speacial. And your hotel it's my favorite spot. Maybe you guys need to introduced a rewards or a club member card.

We were most impressed with your knowledgeable and courteous staff, as well as the general appearance of the hotel overall. We would recommend it very highly for it's access and convenience to shopping center.

Beds nice, shower great

Spare room was huge with no chairs, one sofa seating for two, looked as if they had forgotten to furnish or as if someone had stolen at least two chairs, pool dirty and nnot heated as advertised, jacuzzi out of order, outdoor furniture stained and ripped up as if with a knife, in need of a paint job and multiple repairs throughout with dingy furniture in halls and very substandard decor...really either understaffed or mismanaged though the staff was friendly, in dire need of professional mgmt.

I really enjoyed the individuality and design of the room and the entire building. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel was clean and updated

We didn't have hot water when we went to take a shower. I also asked for extra towels and never got them. Food in the lounge area is horrible I returned all my food and they didn't offer to refund my money. I also didn't have volume on some channels on the tv and was told by the front desk thats normal. Also at check in the computer wasn't working so they wanted to copy my credit card on paper which I refused. Crazy!!!! I will never stay there again or recommend my friend to stay when we are in onterio again

Over all was ok.

They did not have the room type I reserved. Tv in the room was broken. Iron in room was broken. Slow service never brought towel when asked for or replaced iron. Had to borrow from another room

The room was great! Very Comfy.

The "pink" waffles! I did not have a choice of regular waffles and then the employee (a hispanic male) had an attitude when I returned the pink waffle. He snatched the plate from me and immediately served it to another guest waiting for a waffle.....really?! The one dark spot of the visit.

continental breakfast: consisted of only mini-muffins and juice (a few other choices, even at a nominal price, would improve this experience.

The room is perfect,specially the bed. Just the US style breakfast is a little bit simple.

the shower door leaked because there was a 7/16" gap between door and fixed glass, toilet was slow to flush, and the breakfast-- warm oj luke warm milk and a limited selection of food. Sorry.

The only thing i saw was the pool needed to be vacuumed
