We stayed for one night to go to a concert. It is right around the corner from td garden and the room, though small, was really nice

Very comfortable with a little extra. I also very much liked the proximity to the 'T'. I had a very nice night and wish I could have stayed a little longer at this hotel. I did get a nasty shock from the bathroom mirror, but the staff immediately took action. I, personally, didn't like the vicinity. I didn't know about the nightclubs and the sports arena. Just me, tho. Sure many travelers want just that.

I was not in the hotel system (booking.com purchase 5 days in advance) but I had a confirmation number and they honored that. Comfortable/clean room. Friendly staff. There was a leak at 3:00 am from the ceiling onto the toilet. Perhaps someone left the water on in the bathroom above.

My husband and I stayed for our 2 year wedding anniversary. We went walking around Boston after checking in and came back to champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and rose petals in our room from hotel staff. It made for a very special weekend!

The hotel is very well situated in the Financial District, making it easy to access sites, restaurants, and mass transit. The staff are amazing and treat you with great care. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller but if you have ever stayed in Europe then it won't bother you at all. The rooms are well appointed though and make up for their size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The rooms are small.

Good location, but quite expensive, valet parking very expensive too Expensive for what room you get but guess location is good - valet parking expensive too - "wine hour" ok but ploy to get you to spend in the bar or stay for dinner etc etc

The staff were attentive without being 'false'. Guests are left to their own devices instead of being inundated with add-ons which when on a business trip is appreciated. I dined once in the hotel for breakfast but felt the continental breakfast offered was quite expensive (even by American standards) for what you got. Consequently I dined out for breakfast for the rest of my stay.

The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the entire staff were the best parts of our stay at the Onyx Hotel. The wait for room service was excessive and the gym had a minimal amount of equipment.

Buona la posizione per visita città e shopping. Staff molto disponibile e cortese Hall-reception poco spazionsa. Con 6 persone + bagagli c'era mancanza di spazio. La pulizia delle camere non era eseguita in modo accurato. Comunque accettabile.
