Bedding and valid parking.
Location and cleanliness.
Bar didn't open till 5:00pm. Shouldn't have to leave hotel to get a drink before dinner.
PH view, proximity to TD Garden
taxes are hidden and not indicated when booking
I would have loved a free continental breakfast.
The staff are super attentive to all needs, the beds are awesome, rooms clean and good size. Plus within 2 blocks of TD Gardens and a nice walk to the North End for great Italian.
I wasn't pleased with the location of my room. I was in a corner room that had no view.
Friendliness of front desk personnel
Being punish with fees by having to leave early for personal reasons
staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely.
I never write bad reviews because I usually feel bad for the hotel. But this time I feel the need to WARN travelers! First of all their heating system is motion sensored!! This mean in the dead of the boston winter the heaters turn off at night! It got so cold one night that I ended up going to the emergency room for strep throat!! It was a horrible experience. Even when we asked room service to check our heaters the man yelled at us for being so foolish. We were later informed that this is an Eco-friendly hotel... To add to our lovey experince we were charged double what we had to pay on CHECK IN! When asked about this the staff was again rude and asked if it was our first time at a hotel? Apparently this is how every hotel operates. If getting sick, being verbally abused and humiliated is your cup of tea this is the hotel for you!
Breakfast could have had more of a selection for the cost
So much traffic that we had to park a couple blocks away and walk over.
All the "requirements" for free wifi. The 5 p.m. wine reception has very few selections (one).
The front staff makes check-in painless. Being fat Tuesday, we were all in high spirits, and staff was will to jump right in.
The staff was beyond friendly , even the housekeeper in the hall! Rooms are very clean and really comfortable. Valet is worth what you pay, just give front desk a call and they have your car ready for you at the door. Highly recommend this hotel.
staff could have been more sharing, i.e. the hot water heaters are on the roof, and it takes 5 min. to reach the 2d floor!
Lobby was old and worn down.
All was good except for the lobby. If you are going to the TD Garden good spot, very close
Wifi not free, but I think it can be if you join rewards loyalty program which we will do now! Surprised staff don't promote their rewards program? We stay at Klimpton hotels often and love them!!
Had pet bowls & bed for our 2 furry babies (cats). Hotel staff quickly zipped forgotten insulin left behind in fridge to the airport before our flight took off!! And they offered that option!! They ordered our dinners before restaurant closed to we'd have delicious dinner waiting when we arrived. They do have breakfast and light menu available 24/7 room service!! Too many extra amenities and nice extras to list here... Just go stay and feel like you are VIP's
Great location if attending an event at the TD Garden. Staff was more than helpful and fast acting with requests.
Everything! The staff were amazing-- friendly, knowledgeable, nicest people ever! the hotel was lovely, excellent location. Can't say enough about this hotel.
Rooms are small. No coffee in room. Breakfast merely adequate.
Very Friendly and accommodating staff. Very Comfortable. Short walk to TD Center for concert. Very safe walking around. Valet handled parking my full-size pickup no problem.
I can't say enough good about this hotel. The staff is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The WiFi works well. The nightly wine hour is great. The location is great to be able to get around Boston either by walking or using public transportation. I would not hesitate to stay there the next time I go to Boston.
that my breakfast was not included
the bed, decorations, comfortable and goo location
Wifi was very weak and no coffee machines in room. Although coffee was very good in the ruby room.
Great location within walking distance to market, TD Garden, Boston Common and city Center. Modern decor and very clean.
Internet was a signup service. Was free but needed personal information. Bed was only ok.
Location and staff very friendly and helpful.
We liked it all!
Every employee was wonderful and polite. They made me feel so welcome. My daughter said, "I think that we should stay at that hotel every time we go to Boston." Every person was so nice and helpful.
