Stinky room, spiders in bathroom, peeling paint, dirty remote & area code phone guide
Gigi, she's a manager she made sure I was happy with my room.
The hallways stink, since you have your own kitchen to cook they constantly smell like everyone's food mixed together. Luckily It won't penetrate the wall into your room. And our shower kept leaking no biggie but just annoying if your a light sleeper.
Other people's hair all around the place - in bed, on the floor, in the bathroom etc. Very limited choice for breakfast.
Staff were friendly. Bed was firm. Shower didn't completely suck. Check-in/reservation botched then recovered by staff.
Made to feel criminal by having to request kitchen tools, no in-room coffee, disgusting condition of carpet, no tissue paper or plastic cups provided, funky toilet and shower, tremendously slow WiFi. Have stayed with neighboring hotels with kitchenettes that provide far better amenities at the same price. Won't be back.
+ Location 10 min walk from Disney Main gate + Free parking + Free wifi + Free basic breakfast + Big fridge, microwave, sink
- Not the cleanest. Not great for germophobes - Our bathroom tub was not clean - Towels and sheets were clean (I hope) but dingy
Modern facility. Proximity to Disneyland.
No housekeeping during stay. Hair in bed, shower, countertops upon arrival. Advertisements say that you get a kitchen with utensils and small appliances. You have to request these when you want them and then they are brought slowly.
Kitchen Large bathroom Comfy bed Very quiet A couple bucks walking distance to Disneyland Plenty of restaurants nearby
No kitchen utensils in the room as the booking stated there would be Couldn't get the wifi to work No bathroom vent the whole room got stuffy from one shower
you have to take out ur own trash... you have to take it out your self... no one come in to clean your room in order get get clean towels you have to take the dirty towel up to the front desk to get new ones... room had a weird smell.. wi fi didnt work n the phone didnt even had dial tone
That it was very close to Disneyland and also could walk to dinner the first night.
The staff. Both the night front desk and the morning staff were so unfriendly and unprofessional. I don't think I will stay here again just because of them. Also, very unsatisfied with continental breakfast. I know it was just a grab and go, but two out of three baskets were empty by 8:30 am and no one was restocking. I'm not being bitter and I usually do not complain about hotels, but since the breakfast was in the lobby at the front desk, kind of up holds by comments about it. Why would the front desk restock the breakfast bar when you can't even get a "good morning" from them.
The location was good and because we asked for a nonsmoking room and they didn't have any left, the upgraded us for free at the same price to a suite.
- The breakfast was a joke, it's just a table with muffins and fruit opposite receiption. - They don't clean the room nightly and you have to go to reception to get new towels. We were only told this when checking out.... - The heating im the room drys you out - There is no shuttle available to or from LAX which would be good considering the distance
location is good
staff not given proper information and not friendly at all.breakfast is useless. only muffin and coffee.this is not a breakfast really. they cheating customers. other hotels have different things
The bed, shower, and smell of the room without the air conditioning unit being on.
room was clean and area was quite
They didn't stock the kitchen unless you asked for something. Everything was bare bones and and cheap to the extreme.
- Great and helpful staff - Located near major places in Anaheim - A lot of kitchen utilities available on request
- Initial room was a smoking one that smelled quite bad
If your a family with wanting to save money and cooking in the room you definitely can do that. But you have to request everything I don't know if they charge you for the items separately but it is available a complete kitchen
The girl said yes we have Wi-Fi gave me the password supposedly. neglected to tellme there was a charge at 4 levels of services for the week Wi-Fi Plus the girl originally posted $1770.00 for a one night stay on my card they reversed it but it's the point Plus she said they don't have house keeping so if I wanted anything come to the office
Walking distance to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center. Restaurants close as well. Kitchenette was useful and the size of a small apartment kitchen. Off the main street (Harbor Blvd) so not much traffic noise.
Walls very thin. Could hear conversations in next room as well as heavy walkers above. Hotel had a distinct moist smell.
Availability of refrigerator & microwave Pool area ambiance Proximity to Convention Center Free parking
Slow WiFi without upgrading for a fee Single sheet instead of double to encase blanket Uncomfortable pillows Only blackout drapes - no sheers so you could have some privacy, but still have light Have to ask for everything, including utensils, cups, shampoo (which was out of stock) Minimal selection of breakfast items (no protein or fresh choices except for apples) Maintenance issues in room (shower faucet wouldn't completely shut off, threshold between bathroom & kitchen was not glued down, burn marks on drapes though a non-smoking room) Shower doesn't drain properly, so half of bathroom floor flooded Cheap fixtures "Popcorn" on the ceiling No daily housekeeping without paying an added fee Ambience of room felt like Motel 6 with a kitchen added
Was good with our budget.
Had to "exchange" towels at front desk. No cleaning service if you're staying less than 7 days. Kinda nasty concept - and chintzy.
The location is OK, close enough to Disneyland to walk. And the room was squeeky clean!
The attitude is offensive. They just don't care at all. The kitchens have NOTHING in them, you have to specifically ask for cooking utensils and wait for a staff member to bring them to you. And there is NO maid service, at all.
The location was great! we turned the corner and could see the back of Hollywood tower of terror. The price booking found was perfect for what we were wanting to spend. The bed was comfortable and we got a full nights rest. FREE PARKING!!
However, it was slightly difficult to find because there was no turn lane and it was kind of pushed off the road. This hotel is half smoking half non-smoking, which I wish I would have known. the room didn't smell but the hallway walking to it did. The kitchen didn't come stocked with essentials, you have to ask for them. The breakfast was coffee and packaged muffins and granola bars, not exactly what I was expecting... Finally the shower was very tiny and the hot water ran out much faster than I have ever experienced in a hotel with my family.
The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part. The staff was great, they helped used ASAP with the few problems with our room. The beds were fairly comfortable. Disneyland is a close walk and is located near the Garden walk
The first room had a bed that had a big wet spot on the bed through the mattress. They sent someone up right away to look and moved our room really quickly. The second room still had food in the cabinets and the cabinets were very dirty on the inside
Location near disneyland and other attractions...
Cleanliness of the room is very poor the towels are not clean the room has ants kitchen utensils are very poor and unclean the breakfast is not at all breakfast it simply cup of coffee and cup cake no staff to assist you at all not recommended at all for leisure stay...
We didn't like anything about this hotel it was infested with fleas it was dirty dusty my wife got bites on her feet from bugging the station in the bed the sheets were dirty the bathroom was dirty I had to sweep my own floor it was a very bad stay we could sleep
We didn't like anything about this hotel especially about the service they wouldn't change the sheets in the room they said we have to bring our towels down each dayto exchange them for new sheets they didn't want to give him his fresh towels or change the sheets in our room we were very uncomfortable my wife have to go to the hospital for scabies because the bed was infested with bugswe will never say at a Nother extended-stay hotel as long as we live the experience was the worst ever we couldn't wait to leave this place and I will recommend to all my friends never stay at this hotel
close to Disneyland nice staff
noise from neighbors, walls very thin scratchy towels stained sheets
