Room was nice a value for the money

I accidently broke a glass which I reported the glass was a cheap clear glass for tea they charged $ 7.00 for the glass which I found outrageous.the glass could have been bought at the dollar store for a dollar

The room was clean and staff was very freindly. Other guests were nice and helpful. With the amount of young military families staying there it was very quiet.

Rooms are dated. Could use new carpet but if money is tight like always is I would start with the beds. Not very comfortable. Matts need replacing.

great price, good location ( shopping areas, restaurants, freeways )

Front desk was very slow, not knollegeable enough, very disorganized. Rooms were not ready after 3 hours . Walked into a room with no clean towels or that the beds were not made, had to change rooms another inconvience due to the above. Not impressed at all with the facility, new reception staff that cares to have a job and to make sure that the rooms are ready when the keys are given to the client. While there the same situation occoured to other clients as well, rooms not ready , towels missing etc..

La higiene, encontramos en la heladera comida en mal estado dejada por otro pasajero, la cama no es matrimonial es de 1/1/2 plaza, mucho ruido durante la noche, gente que grita, no hay donde quejarse porque el front desk cierra en las horas nocturnas, el baño se inundo desde el inodoro, contrate por 5 noches y en la primera noche nos paso lo que relato, finalmente cuando llego alguien por la mañana cancele mi estadía y me fui a otro hotel.

Staff was very helpful despite being swamped with guests and ringing phones. Room, linens and towels were clean. Mall, movie theaters and lots of restaurants in the area.

Very dirty carpet. My feet were black!
