The bed was very comfortable
There was no fridge in the room There was a very annoying smell in the room as bad as I had to keep the door open to be able to breathe normally. Impossible to eat a breakfast inside
Clean and comfortable for weary travellers
Location and room size. Patio with nice sliding door for easy access.
It's all good. Having stayed at $160.00 a night Motel 6, you just can't beat the comfort, price and location of this hotel.
Comfortable beds, large room,
A bit noisy
Great Location and nice room...
...Room was quite noisy
No dresser or drawers to put your stuff in. Weak shower pressure.
I have stayed here several times, always a great experience.
There was no one at front desk around 4-5 AM keep calling front desk no one are answering the phone, so I left the key inside the room.
Old rooms that looked clean but had cockroaches we were there only an hour. They would not give us credit and said they would call us the next day. It's now three days with no call.
No fridge in the room. Shower needs repair, or even replacement: weak spray and short.
Location, service and decent sized room
In the main street of santa barbara...10 min far from the fisrt restaurant/shop... nice room and confortable. perfect for one or two night.
The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every room has a balcony and the location is very good. It doesn't look like much when you arrive so we were pleasantly surprised.
I would love it if the room had little fridges.
Not much. Free wi-fi
Accommodations, layout, price paid.
Booking online was very easy and counter staff was great
No fridge and need bigger tubes
Great location, close to downtown. Very nice employees & comfortable bed w/good pillows. Bathroom was really small thou with no place for toiletreys...small sacrifice for a great location & good comfort.
small bathroom w/no counter space.
Rooms are a little bit dark and cold due to the brown colored wall. Bathrooms are refurbished. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. Avarage to good rating because its very near to Main Str. area, where everybody want's to be with a compareable
Felt insecure in the Base Level Rooms in near the backyard. Stuff changed room after complains.
Excellent service, especially Orlando at the front desk. Lovely king size bed and royal purple comforter. High beam ceilings. Wolfgang Puck coffee.
No cons for the room.
There was a construction near by and it was noise from 7:00 AM. I think in the summer is a nice place to stay, now it was a little bit deserted.
The place is new, nice and clean!!! The receptionists are really nice and helpfull they helped me out with all the many question i had and always did it with a smile... they really made me feel more than welcome!!! i already told them that in 1 or 2 years i'll be back!!! Santa Barbara is really pritty and it's worthy to go back there :D
a bit far from the beach, but there is the shuttle bus at 10min walking from the hotel and it cost only 50c of dollar
Bed was confortable, TV, good location.
Small bathroom, the hair dryer didn't work at all, some works ouside (pretty noisy the morning), not warm welcoming.
Nice size bed High ceilings Free wifi Organic shower products
No fridge in the room Construction next door Dryer was broken. A.C. wasn't cold enough.
motel was basic but had a fairly modern feel to it. We arrived late and left early so didn't have a long experience of the place. However, when we needed help in the morning trying to sort out some printouts that we needed that day, they couldn't do enough. It wasn't a straightforward 'press print' solution either. Very close to the interstate so good for the overnight stop off that we needed. Good coffee shop (the Daily Grind) two blocks down.
it was a bit pricey for room only - the motel we stayed in before was a little more basic but threw in a cereal and toast breakfast for $20 less a night. But I didn't see anything better for the money when I booked our Santa Barbara stay.
