Very nice little town atmosphere . Great staff with Positive attitude. Can walk or ride a bike just about anyplace you want to go. Two mins from the beach!!
Trash truck came early in the am woke up the kids
staffs are nice.
since the hotel is on the process of upgrading, they do not offer breakfast now. They did upgrade few room facility, but the bathroom still remain out-date. Also because we were in 1st floor, our room is so humanity, we can even smell that. I'm not sure other rooms on 1st floor, but ours did.
We really enjoyed the pool and the location!
The only thing that we missed was a fridge in our room.
Staff, location, pool and installations were all fine.
Nothing really. I had an late notice booking, and still good rates, and all went fine.
They guy who worked there with the piercing gave us a hard time
Clean and modern room, good service. Some outdoor access, very appreciated !
Expensive for the location, but not that much considering prices in Santa Barbara.
Very nice staff and super clean.
They need better coffee makers in the rooms.
Bugs in the bathroom
Reception desk was nice and helpful.
The concierge was lovely, he told us things to do, buses to take and just had a lovely manner. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Also having a pool was fantastic.
Front Desk Man was very kind and respectable.
We liked a lot, it was clean and the bed was confortable. We also like having the little patio.
room location as it was quiet in the back, front staff very professional.
a bit far from center of town
We were upgraded to a king room which was more like value for the money. The staff were very helpfull and unders tanding. Good location.
The room we were originally given was next to some roudy people. Otherwise it was ok.
Everything was clean, and it worked well as a hotel for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that.
The sink in the bathroom was so small that water splashed everywhere. It was fairly expensive for how small it was and for the few amenities offered. Very little privacy.
Good Location, clean, nice staff.
Awful bathroom and towels, way too expensive for quality, substandard motel look for that price.
Our room was great. we had out door patio and easy way to get the pool.. we will be back
It missing a refrigerator. ..
Close to downtown.
Bathroom needs renovation.
Location Room size
First room had a funny smell. Room had a number of ants in. No safe.
location is good (walking distance to shops but not the beach), price is one of the lowest we could find in Santa Barbara
Literally poop on the duvet, bugs in the bathroom, lots of hard surfaces, uncomfortable bed, early morning construction of a convenience store in neighboring lot, street traffic is loud, no sound buffer between other rooms, wifi was slow and sporadic
Very thin walls and windows so could hear next door snoring. Old bathroom. Found hairs in the bed. We had a non smoking room that stunk of stale smoke. Thought it was not worth the money. Also it was a long walk out so would have been better to get a cheaper hotel further out and drive in as parking is free in Santa Barbara
Excellent room, clean and close to downtown what more you can ask
Excellent room, clean, new.
No breakfast. Very expensive.
Clouse to center/restaurant/beach!just 30 min.walk!u can take the bus for just 50 cent from Sola Street to the port! We did not use so much the pool but it Was greit
We got one of the few room Without balcony, bedside to the lavandery,og not so much light in the room. So we missed to go outside when the kids slept! But totally it worthed for money
