Hotel was close to family living in the area. Run down in appearence, noisy being so close to the frwy and Tustin ave, Rate should have been $40 -$50 for the condition, lots of noise from other guests coming and going at all hours of the night and early morning.

Have travelled extensively in usa and I honestly can't recall a room as spotlessly clean as the one I stayed in at the Orange Tustin Inn. It is ideally located near the exit of the 22 Freeway (but there was absolutely no noise from the freeway)...it is easy to jump back on the freeway to get to most pleaces in Orange County. Not many food places close by but the room had a fridge and microwave so a trip to the supermarket solved that. Finally the desk staff were extremely obliging. A very enjoyable stay.

The staff was very helpful. We get there about 1 in the morning and their check in machine did`nt take my card and she kind enough to say don`t worry go to your room and we take care of this situation later because I have my 4 years old grandauther with me and we came from Disneyland. Thank you.

Cheap, quite even on a main road you could not hear trafic due to the way the hotel rooms not against the road, Staff was supper attentive to who was in the area / on the grounds. My boyfriend came to join me late after work close to midnight, they immediatly questioned him (he had a back pack and a bike) and then called my room to verify he was expected. I travel a lot with him and that was a first! Orange County is freaking hot! Or I am a whimp! I did not have coffee in the room I didn't like that!

Very clean. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. A little hard to get into when going south (?) on Tustin, you have to go past the3 inn and then turn around and come back the other way, but not a big deal.

Just in a middle from John Wayne Airport and Disneyland. Yet not too expensive and the staff is very kind and meets all your requirements. No common hall, you enter your room just from outside. But hey, this is not a hotel. They have the security cameras, though.

No frills but clean and convenient to where we needed to go. We only used it for sleeping. Great if your not looking for any hotel ammenities. No elevator no iron board or hair dryer in the room

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms spacious! The check in area was disorganized and not very clean and friendly.

Comfortable bed, adequate size room, plenty of hot water in shower, very reasonable price. Smokers in the hallways. Cigarette burn hole in the bedspread. Freeway noise noticeable.
