L'hotel est idéalement situé à la frontière entre Union Square et China Town. A deux pas du Sushi rock et pas très loin de Macy'S. L'hotel est magnifique et les chambres ultra confortable. J'ai même bénéficié d'un upgrade pour une junior suite... Rien à redire. |

The cleaniness, the rooms were comfortable, not large. The staff were good to work with. Billing practices, but I think that is more with booking on line. Although I think it should be disclosed more fully. |

The location is great for accessing Chinatown, the financial district and local shopping and the price was great. The staff was very helpful with coordinating a late checkout too. |

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten und die sanitären Anlagen sehr gut. Klima Anlage ist leise, die Wände gut isoliert und der Nachtschlaf nicht gestört. Es liegt genau in der Citiy am Eingang von China Town und ist daher für Shopping und Städtereise. Trotzdem ist es leise da gut isoliert. |

Ótima relação custo/benefício! Excelentes acomodações, localização perfeita, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de San Francisco. Os recepcionistas poderiam ser um pouco menos introvertidos! O staff (na sua maioria hispânicos / estrangeiros) são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais, enquanto o pessoal da recepção (locais) me pareceram um tanto quanto indiferentes. De fato não sei se é o habitual ou se foi má impressão minha! Venho de um país onde o tratamento com o cliente/turista é o mais caloroso possível. |

Sauberes helles Zimmer, tolles Bad. WiFi hat am Abreisetag nicht mehr funktioniert. Lüftung/Klimatisierung zu laut und entweder zu warm oder zu kalt. Kein Swimmingpool. |
