All good,position at financial districtand next to china town.

Our friends were able to stay in a room at the hotel as well.

Gym was cramped.

Great location. Wonderful ambience.

Wish the restaurant were open for drinks at lunch and in evening.

I liked how they were so helpful with getting me a room close to my friends who I was meeting there and had booked their room separately. We actually ended up with adjoining rooms! The staff was so very nice and friendly, it was a great place to stay!

I think it is confusing having 2 Orchard Hotels so close together. My friends acidentally ended up at the wrong hotel and were a bit aggravated after travelling all day with a baby only to find that they were in the wrong place! I recommend maybe changing the name of one of them or making it more well known to those that book the hotel so that they know exactly where they need to go.

I would suggest you put complimentary water to drink in the rooms, as most of the hotels.

Not much daylight in the room as the window was in an internal courtyard and faced just a grey wall. Free WiFi, but very slow!

We enjoyed our stay at Orchard Garden Hotel. For us the location was perfect. We saw lots of the City without renting a car.

We didn't like the in-room coffee service.......one individual packet for 2 people. Thankfully there is a Starbucks on the corner.

Room was noisy as it was right by Housekeeping closet and it was also quite small.

Located close to Union Square and excellent staff.

As other reviewers have stated, the bed was great. Slept very well and very comfortable. Close to BART and Muni, very close to China town. Liked the "green" aspect and they did have recycling in the room. Nice bathroom and everything felt and looked clean, which is one of my major requirements.

Extremely expensive breakfast. $21 for a full breakfast, $5 more if delievered to your room! Working Girl Cafe and Starbucks were close by and more reasonable. Also did not put the change linen sign on the beds and they were changed anyway. (Came back to the room when they were doing this). Wasn't pleased that the fridge was packed with expensive drinks. Would have liked to have gotten some yogert and beer to place in it ourselves.

The "green" aspect. Beautiful, light colour decor,very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with nice toiletries. Very quiet. Excellent location.

The windows did not open. The breakfast buffet could have offered more choices instead of some items only available from a separate menu.
