La cercanía a Universal Studios e Isla de la Aventura, el servicio de bus a los parques No me gusta que la mayoría de empleados de la recepción no hablan español, pues a este hotel va mucho turista latino, sugiero respetuosamente que todos los empleados de la recepción hablen el idioma español

El hotel por el precio esta muy bien, la habitacion comoda, nos hicieron el servicio de habitacion sin problemas, lo unico que no nos gusto fue el desayuno que estaba incluido, solamente era pan con mantequilla y cofee, sinceramente no hace falta ese desayuno porque con tantos restaurantes con buffet tan cerca a bajo precio y puedes comer de todo no hace falta ese desayuno en el hotel. pero por lo demas todo perfecto para 1 o dos dias que fue lo que nos quedamos estuvo de maravilla yo lo recomiendo. Ah tiene tV plasma esta actualizado.

A la hora de hacer la reserva en internet decía que se incluía desayuno continental y al llegar al hotel nos encontramos un papel en la entrada del restaurant donde decía que ya no ser servía desayuno continental.

Aspecto mais positivo: localização. Também positivos, a facilidade e gratuidade do estacionamento, o tamanho do quarto, o conforto da cama e os serviços disponíveis no quarto: cofre, minibar, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, tv, telefone. Aspectos negativos: o elevado preço (us$ 80,00 por noite) para um hotel dessa categoria em Orlando, limpeza deixando a desejar, instalações de chuveiro e pia muito antigos e com mau funcionamento, má qualidade das toalhas de banho e rosto e má qualidade do café da manhã. Em uma relação de 0 a 10, eu daria 6 para esse hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com um nível de conforto satisfatório, com um preço relativmente baixo para a sua qualidade, e com excelente serviço de quarto. Piscina térmica, lavanderia, etc... 1.O café da manhã, além de muito fraco(não tem quase nada), é uma bagunça: poucas mesas para muitos hóspedes. E se alguém de fora(não hóspede) entrar no hotel, toma café da manhã tranquilamente, pois não há nenhum controle. 2. Não oferece internete wi-fi nos quartos; apenas no hall (lobby).

Le prix, la situation géographique (juste en face de Wet n Wild et à 15 minutes à pied de Universal), la sympathie du personnel, parking et wifi gratuits. Bon petit déjeuner mais salle trop petite souvent remplie.
