Orlando Courtyard Suites    

First of all they charged me after I called a week earlier and cancelled .When we got in room the fridge had several items of dirty food and drink.When we got back to room after being gone all day room never cleaned .Went to office they tell me they do not cleanrooms .Very bad experience.

There was nothing to like would not stay there again if it was free.

Check in staff (young man) was very nice and helpfull. Close to all the attractions (theme parks) by car. Looked just like the photo...quiet and family oriented. Will stay here again.

Need more lighting in parking lot for late night returns from parks...bed mattress hard, and pullout sunk-in. MORE cable channels needed, like AMC...and clear reception (some channels)

Since I started booking with your site this was the most disappointing stay. The site is under construction and when my eight year old son asks his dad can we stay somewhere else need I say there is nothing else to say

Location was good, staff were friendly. Minutes from disney, shopping and food

Floors and carpets were dirty. Didnt come fully equipped. (No oven mitts, broom, cooking equipment) only news channels on tv. And internet wi-fi only worked in bedroom\or when it wanted too. It was our ony way of communicating with family.

The rooms are gorgeous on the inside. The value for the price was great!! And it was clean!

The fridge leaked a little the first night. But afterwards it didn'T. Room service is not daily.

You can't beat the price. We preferred this type of room/apt vs just a motel room with bed and showers. For less than the price of a regular hotel room, you get the amenities like washer/dryer and kitchen and livingroom. The previous reviews stated there were bed bugs, but we saw none and it was very clean.

As stated in the advertisement, fully equipped kitchen and flat screen tvs. We we only rationed 1 tv. We were told that all the other tvs were in use. If the parking lot was even half full, i would have understood, but there was barely cars in the parking lot. The kitchen had dishes,silverware and a travel coffee maker, but no pots or pans. When we asked, we were rationed one pot. Again I would have understood IF it seemed busy, but it was pretty deserted.

We felt like the room, location and money were all excellent. We had a great time.

The only thing that I can think of was that there was not a hair dryer in the room and that we had to supply our own toilet paper. Other than that, we are planning on coming back and staying next year. thank you!

Streetconnections to Disney and Orlando down town are good, close to both, shops, gazstastion, little restaurant near by, staff helpfully and nice, nice heated pool, quiet area

I guess, a car is a necessity

Loved the water park and convenient pools. Also nice to have several dining facilities right on the property with a shuttle service. Location close to shopping and Disney a big plus.

Suggest a small book exchange as some of the Wyndhams have where you can pick up a book to read and leave it for others when you go home. Could simply be a table off to the side in/near the main lobby.

We were very impressed with the suite we occupied. It was nicely furnished and supplied with tableware, cooking utinsels, etc. It was close to Disney World and the espn Sports Center where we had a granddaughter playing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was close to eating and shopping establishments. All in All a very good place to stay. Will probably stay again next year.

Our suite did not have any dish soap for washing dishes so we compromised with shampoo. Also the lighting in the living room and bedroom was not adequate. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket or two.

Clean, quiet. Value for the money. A good kitchen.

There were no blow dryers for your hair . Could use a few more dishes ex. salad bowl

Room was big, and it was pretty clean

The Service staff was horrible. They wouldn't bring us extra towels or toilet paper. They made me go pick them up, and both employs on duty were playing on Facebook. The pictures online look nothing like the facility. We felt very ripped off, and we would never book this location again!

This was an excellent hotel,my family and I enjoyed our stay.The bed was comfortable.The kitchen facilities were great,along with the washer dryer.

The first time that visited was amazing. But im this second time, the staff did not help us and we did not feel hospitality. The place looks less pretty than before, and the quality decrease.

Room was good

Swimming Pool was not heated not cleaned and filtration systems not working So we had no pool use during our 16 day stay Also poolside toilets locked up at all times so you had to go back to your room I spoke and complained to reception but this was a waste of time I would not recommend this place to anybody to stay

Dirty, dirty, dirty and spooky!!!!!!!!!!

The tub had a very slow drain. In order for the next person to take a shower there was a 45 min wait so that the tub would drain. Also need a tv in the bedroom. First time EVER staying in a hotel without a TV in the bedroom.

Close to bus stop, for visit at Disney and shopping. Luxury full equip self catering unit.

Too large and has everything.

Almost of the lights did not work. It is not clean that much.

Close to Family

Light switches didn't work. Some bulbs were burned out and after reporting them they still were not replaced. Hid a bed was broken and couldn't be used. Carpet needed steam cleaning. Rooms were dark because of lack of light.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were gorgeous. Very Affordable. Overall very pleased with my stay!

Location, almost hidden. Front of hotel was either abandon or under construction. I almost missed the real one in the back! Signs to keep driving we're small

We arrived later than expected due to our flight being delayed we were greeted with a quick and friendly check in.The room was as it was described clean and comfortable and with close proximity for places to eat .

On Reedy Creek Boulevard before you get to the Orlando Suites the building is derelict and is in darkness at night time.

Great service, responsive to our requests. Very clean room. Near to our conference and to Disney!

Orlando Courtyard Suites is a work in proces. When you first enter the complex, you will see that the front buildings are in the process of renovation. Much work remains. We decided to continue on in, checked out our room and were very pleased.

Excelent location. Good relation price-value

Presentation at the front is bad. Is in construction. The cleaning service is bad

Once inside room, very impressed with how was laided out. Very clean and taken care of. was priced well. was able to go and buy food and make at hotel instead of eating out at expensive resturants.

driving down street, though place was out of business. building next door was closed up, which i thought was correct address. Outside of buildings does not match up to rooms, if not looked in side may have changed my mind of staying at hotel, as first impression is very poor of the property. Signage needs to be brighter, and stand out to draw in customers.
