The beds are so uncomfortable, with the springs coming out of the matresses and the suits need more lighting. You have to ask for the covers, the pillows, towels, dishes, and whatever you need extra, but the staff will help you with it. They need a company that cleans thoroughly.
Is near all the parks making it easy to get there early. And the staff is very helpful in whatever you need, they will help you with it. It also has a washer and dryer which helps alot with a family of 6.
The kitchen cabinets still had left over food from the past guest .
No room service because it was pretty much an apartment complex so you have to clean it like your own home...
Affordable, clean room, apartment like, staff were decent, whirlpool tub... Overall it was a great place and great stay...
The sofa bed was not very comfortable
The location was excellent, only 10 km away from Disney.
The pullout sofa was broken and it took the office two whole days before replacing it with another sleeper sofa that still had no sheets no blankets or comforters on the beds. The ac unit started to leak. No one would want to come fix the issues. And I paid for five days and six nights end up leaving early without a refund.
I liked how close I was to the theme parks.
broken or not working items (not working shower, broken lamp, microwave handle, knifes etc) , luck of hygiene/kitchen supplies, broken coffee maker, only 2 kitchen chairs (2 chairs for 4 guests), old sofa, no bedding/blanket provided for kids. We had to ask for many items/ fixes and all issues we're resolved but this is not the best way to spend vacation.
good location, kitchen,/washer/dryer incl., good quality king bed, helpful staff, quiet location.
I didnt like the outside apperance! there was buildings that were being re-modle or whatever and old looking buildings was in no way a good view! There was an empty basketball lot that just looked trashy but would deff be good use if it were fixed up. It would also be nice if some of the trees were cut down! Give your visitors something to look at! This hotel could be great if you guys would just fix it up!
I liked how the room was set up! Not as nice as the picture but it was still nice! The bathroom was the best
The vacant hotel that set right next to Toscana's Suites were a sore eye and made us wonder about our selection choice was the right decision. Also, since we did take advantage of our kitchenette. It lacked the use of pans, cooking utensils and baking sheets.
That we were close to Disney world along with other activities we took part of. As for the suite, it was warm and welcoming.
I didn't care for the check in process. We got there after 11 and had to call someone. When we got to our room there was nothing but sheets on our bed so had to call the number back again and ask for blankets. He only had 2 and there were 5 of us. The beds are very uncomfortable and the blankets and sheets felt like they were washed and cornstarch they were very rough feeling.
Location couldn't have been better. The cost was great. Having a full kitchen was very nice. Staff were very friendly.
From the outside it looks kinda sketchy. It looks like it was in the middle of a renovation that someone gave up on.
The room was clean and recently renovated. From our balcony you could see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom.
Check in felt like I was being swindled! I arrived late (11:00 PM), staff was getting ready to leave for the nite and told me that if I had been 10 minutes later, I would not have been able to check in. I drove over 18 hours to get there, and even called ahead to tell them I would be late. I did not get the room type that I booked!!! Upon entering the room, I found kitchen cabinet doors falling off hinges, dirty dishes in the cabinets, burned out light bulbs in the seating area, no remote for the TV, door handles falling off, bathtub whirlpool did not work, no trash cans in the entire place, very, very poor beds, etc!! The next day, the manager fixed some of the broken doors, etc, but would not switch me to the 2nd floor king suit that I booked. This booking was originally for 2 nites. I went on line to Booking and requested to check in one nite earlier for total of 3 nites. They charged me $900.00 for the extra nite, so total stay Cost me $1450.00!!!!! The original room rate was around $150.00/nite but they told me the $900.00 charge for the 3rd extra nite was because they were so full. I could have stayed at one of the huge fancy resorts at Disney for less than this!!!!!!! Booking is supposedly trying to help me get a refund. We'll see. Although I've used Booking many times before, I will think twice next time, if they do not get my money back for this poor hotel!
Close to Disney and easy to find and get in and out of on the highway. Washer and Dryer in room, although, the dryer squeezed so terribly, we could not use it. Overall idea of a "suite" was appealing, more "homy" than a hotel room.
1. Location sucks 2. Need to make the outside more inviting.
Room is very nice
When we arrived at midnight there was no one there at reception as it was closed so we had to find some where else to stay on our first night NOT GOOD!! So my advice would be contact them before you go. The cleanliness is very poor too!
Staying here you are central to all attractions.
Boarded empty buildings in front of hotel. Bedroom balcony door lead to shared stair case landing, it didn't feel safe but the staff provided me a bar for the sliding door.
Great location! Dead end quiet street. Friendly hotel staff. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. Spacious living area. Soaker tub.
The hotel can't be any closer to Disney without being inside of it. It is an older hotel but looks to be renovated recently. The pool was nice. great rate.
*Cheap, VERY uncomfortable beds *Extremely limited kitchen supplies - if you are going to cook, bring anything you might need (Our kitchen had no baking sheet, one 6" skillet, two forks and spoons - we have a family of 5.) They did have drinking glasses, plates, and bowls.
Good value for the money! Close to Disney; nicely renovated; having a kitchenette and washer/dryer was great
The pool wasn't heated. maybe on cool days it should be. it would be nice.
Clean and spacious
We didn't enjoy the place at all. It was so uncomfortable because it looked and felt dirty. Don't let the pictures fool you.
The sofabed was broken, so the maintenance man was nice enough to get my husband a mattress to put on top of the sofabed.
the furniture needs to be cleaned
It looks like a scene from the walking dead. It's unfortunate because the owners obviously had big dreams when they opened the place. They really put some money into remodeling the rooms with nice cabinets and countertops and fixtures, but they haven't maintained it well. The furnishings are disgusting. I wouldn't let my children sleep on the sleeper sofa, no linens were provided for it anyway. The faucet in the shower was broken and I had to clean the countertops and tables myself just to put our belongings on them.
The price was reasonable so we gave it a shot. It's not in a bad neighborhood but you surely can't tell that while you are there.
The location is tucked in back of an abandoned hotel down a dark road. It was a little scary.
Rooms are renovated.
It was conveniently located near the Disney Parks. However, upon arriving, in the dark, it appeared very sketchy. The sign was run-down and you have to drive back behind several gutted out, overgrown buildings before you get to the renovated buildings. The suite itself was decent. The living room furniture was worn out and the bed was hard. The bathroom was nice though! Overall, the suite served its purpose.
Staff did not solve requests for immediate repairs to the apartment
Apartment size with laundry and kitchen, quiet area
We checked in to a room that had not been fully clean. Garbage was left in the bathroom..gross and papers all over the bed. Blinds were missing from bedroom so light came into room all night making it impossible to sleep. The answer from staff was to move us to another room with more missing blinds and no curtains. Also, toilet clogged multiple times and the plunger was dirty from previous clients...
Location is by far the best thing about this property
covers, dishes not claen, lay out bed horrible, deck full of cigarettes, chairs dirty sink broken,
