The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and affordable. I would definitely stay again :)

Friendy staff, clean rooms, the price was very good. But....

I would never recommend anyone to stay here. The location is the worst. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, it's impossible to get anywhere without a car. And even with a car, it takes time to get to all the central parts of the city, i-drive and the themeparks. Everyone we talked to even said several times that we had to be careful staying in this area cause it can be dangerous.

A geeko was in the shower with my wife. She is terrified of creatures. Room smelled musty I guess it was due to renovation.

Very clean Good conditions From the similar hotels this is much much more better! Like a 4* hotel! We enjoyed to stay here. If we can, we will come back for sure.

The pool's outside door didn't work with the room's key.

Good handicap rooms & they have recently added a microwave and mini fridge to the rooms. GREAT GREAT addition! !

All facilities inside the room worked well. Close to highway and international drive.

We had to wait over 30 minutes to open our hotel room. We had to renew our key twice as we were not warned that it can become demagnetized with cell phones. Then we waited for a long time for the engineer to show up. Also, our room was seperated from another family by a door, which let in a lot of noise. We lost some privacy for that reason. No coffee maker, some missing amenities. Very outdated.

rooms are outdated, need refurbishing - but that's part of the allure because it's affordable - if they update the rooms it will get busy and expensive.. Also the clientelle at this place is not the best - seems like some shady people stay here - but it's a tradeoff / price / value / location / etc.

The exterior areas looks fine for the the hotel price.

The room was horrible,the carpet,table dirty,the bed uncomfortable,the room needs an emergecy maintenance,i felt I was in any poor country hotel room. The front desk girl to rough,i had to ask for the front desk manager to get a solution to my request.

The whole experience of staying here wasn't pleasant at all from the maid service to how the restaurant down stairs was run also.

Ubication, it is close to the main Orlando attractions.

Do not stay here!! Unfortunately we paid for 7 nights in this place, we got 7 night without a phone in the room, 3 days without housekeeping, 3 days without towels, we talked to the front desk and they didnt do nothing, very bad service and the place is really dirty. It is not worth the price even it is cheap, find you some other place because the most hotels given things are not for sure here! And they charge you an extra $5.0 for night for something that they call amenities of the hotel but are not more than a regular pool....so at the end is not that cheap!

non of the appliances worked had kids suite and tv didnt work couldnt bring food to the room

The room was outdated and drawers in the nightstand and armoire were broken. The rug was dirty and there were big roaches in the room. The garbage cans in the lobby were full of trash and nobody bothered to empty them. You can tell that the hallways have not been clean in a looooong time! Do not recommend it at all.

Price was great but there's always a catch

Omg where do I start? This hotel was very cheap in price and I could see why. The hotel from the outside is nice and the lobby is amazing but once you get into the rooms, watch out!! It was like a crime scene in there, just plain nasty. Paint was chipping, hair in the sink, crumbs on the floor, stains on the sheet, rust on the lamps and the lock was busted. I complained and asked for a different room and it was even worst than the first one. Me and my boyfriend ran as fast as we could. Checked in and out within 45 mins

Very convienent for what time we landed at the airport. The gentlemen that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

I loved everything. I was charged exaty what I was told. Right down the street from universal. Hot tub/spa wasn't crowded. Overall great stay.

The service . The manager talked to us like of we were stupid. We had a reservation and when I told him we had one he started laughing . The he checked and told me that he had a room for us and we were lucky . And to never trust a third party website . Then he tried to charge us 120 dollars for the room when I got a 80 dollars rate on booking.com

The hotel was dirty and outdated. Our family checked into the hotel and after we saw the room, we checked out.
