At the time of my check-in the young woman at the front desk was very rude and short with me. She told me I did not have a reservation and would not even consider looking at my booking number. she needs to find another line of work she is awful to have at your front desk greeting customers who are spending good money to stay at your facility. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the breastfast decent for being free. This is the only place for complaints. We called for our shuttle and 3 calls and an HOUR later we recieved our shuttle! ABSOULETLY RIDICULOUS!!! There was no sorry, no apology, just a dumb look from the clerk behind the desk. No management to file our complaint with! No responsibility taken. No name on van, that customers could see! No instruction by the driver who he was with. We were with Wingate, not Ramada! If you think your precious customers should know this, get re-trained!! We are travelers, NOT hotel staff knowing YOUR business!!

Very friendly employees. Rooms were clean and a good location. I really think the hotel could use a few upgrades such as: spa-hot tub area needs more zen-like colors and get rid of the plastic plants also the cement need to be redone. Lastly the hot-tub was dirty and it was the early part of the day.

100% non-smoking facility;; very important to us. Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast very nice. We were simply overnighting to catch plane home to Seattle, did not participate in any of the area's attractions.

I thought the hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and had a great breakfast. Maybe a little more support in the mattress. A little noisy ie. fans, etc.

nice hotel. good location only one person on duty and took no responsibility. waited over one hour to be picked up from hotel. called front desk four times and they kept saying "they are on their way" they subcontract shuttle service which is REALLY BAD! otherwise nice stay. good location. nice facility close to local eatery. long way from malls and shopping

The manager, Lisa, and all the staff were friendly and courteous. Lisa is truely a expert in the profession and has incredible customer service skills. Rooms were excellent and the shuttle service was a big plus. The area around the pool left little space for sunbathing.

This was the cleanest and most relaxing hotel I have stayed at in a very long time! Wish I could have stayed longer.....I was coming back from a cruise and wished I could have stayed here instead! Thanks for a very comfortable night. I will stay here again!

The location was perfect for me as it was close to shopping, the airport, restaurants etc. It was quite clean and comfortable. The pillows were great, not some limp, flat, useless things you would normally encounter at a hotel.

Aiport shutle We decided to stay one more night. 310 with two bedrooms. My wife and i were bitten by fleas.. Cannot be 100% sure it was from the bed or cocoa beach sand.

The workers at this Hotel were wonderful. They seemed to like their job which is so nice to see these days! The Bathrooms and rooms need to be re-done. The beds were great but the tile in the bathroom needs to be updated and a new TV. Thanks
