Having to wait at the front desk trying to check out for fifteen minutes

I liked the comfort of the rooms and the fact that it has a fridge, microwave and ice machine on every floor. Also the continental breakfast was a full course breakfast, which I expected breakfast to just be bagels, muffin and coffee, but we had so many choices to choose from. Your hotel was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel, we had a wonderful time, also the lobby area is warm and friendly. Thank You!!!

I was very impressed by the front desk staff, both upon check in and check out. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

I would adjust the Park and Fly price a bit lower or free for guests staying at least one night. Otherwise, you guys rock! I will book with you again in the future!

Location off major highway

The water in the jacuzzi was very cloudy.A/C too loud turning on and off. Once sprinkler turned on outside, smell came through the vents.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with a small fridge, microwave etc. Air condition worked great. No funky smells. I travel often with lay overs.I will definitely return.

Not knowing beforehand that I had to schedule pick up and drop off to and from airport.

The room was so nice my husband and I enjoyed it very much. It was slightly over our budget but it was worth it. I want to know how to get good rates for future travel.

Room looked good and was clean. Staff was good. Breakfast better than most.

Room was cold and you couldn't turn the temp. Down. We had to get a space heater from the front desk. The hot tub was broken. The staff member at the front desk told my husband that there would be something available to eat before he had to leave for an early flight, and there was not.

Front desk Staff is clueless. They try to be helpful but aren't trained well.

The place was very new, clean, and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and bilingual. Besides a nice desk and free, no hassle Internet, there were a microwave and a small refrigerator in our bedroom, which is also a plus. There was free, no hassle internet, free parking, and a hotel van to take travelers to the airport. We also liked the hot Jacuzzi. And the breakfast in the morning was very good too.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The size of the room made it seem less cluttered and spacious. The breakfast area was well stocked and had a wide variety to suit just about anyone's breakfast needs. Did not use the spa but it looked sufficient for anyone who would like to use it. Pool was adequate but again did not have time to use it.

Nice place, I usually try to stay at a Wyndham when I travel.

Booked the room through a booking agent for $85. Got to the hotel and Aaron seemed to forget the price I was given and charged us $149. I was told I had a room with a deluxe king, when I arrived I had a 2 doubles. All arranged by Aaron. Seemed sneaky and unprofessional. Almost like he was mad that I was getting a good deal.
