It was close to universal

We only stayed 2 of the 3 days that we booked and payed for. The toilet would not flush and the shower and tub only worked together. we asked 3 times over the 2 days to have it fixed they came the second day finally around 4 and said they fixed it but the toilet still would not flush. We used the out door washroom by the pool the entire time we were there. My husband in ally got des up and we left. I am quite annoyed that I paid for that!

Booked for the shuttle to universal only to find it ran only at 11:30 and returned at 8:00. Useless. Drain clogged in shower. Bathroom door can't close. The place was filthy

It was little more cleaner this time , last time they were under construction and that was not stated.

They need to add more channels to the televison. It's was a rainy wknd and we mainly stayed @ the hotel with nothing to do.

Bar by the pool was nice.

Check in took too long. Staff didn't let us know what was going on and was in no rush to get the situation sorted.

Had to move from the original room because of the strong clorox/bleach odor, enough to make your eyes sting. They did not comply with my request for a roll away bed. The rooms need to be updated as well as the carpeting throughout the hotel was stained and appeared dirty.

The woman who re-stocks the continental breakfast was very rude and shouting at guests while they were preparing their breakfast. If she doesn't like her position maybe they should replace her with someone who does

I got a great deal for the five days I stayed. At roughly $50 a night and being so close to all the parks, it can't be beat.

The staff can be a little snappy at times. Especially the woman at the front desk. Also, I called three days in advance to tell them I would be checking in late my first night since I would be going to the Magic Kingdom which didn't close until 1am. They gave my room to someone else and sent me packing to another hotel down the street at 2am with my 9 year old son. We needed to be up by 7am so that was very rough the fallowing day.

It was dirty. My reservation had been overlooked but wow I was upgraded to a room that had pubic hair in the tub and the carpet stained etc

I was very comfortable there. Nice to know there is security there at night. The beds were comfortable. For the price of the room it was well worth it. Would definitely stay there again.

No hot food for breakfast. Housekeeping came late a few times.(@6:00pm)

Desk was friendly, also attendant at breakfast.

Towels were like sand paper, remote did not work, reported it, but nothing done. No tissue in tissue box, again inquired, not received. Shabby exterior in back and did not get the room we had reserved by the pool, instead had a room in the rear and had trouble unlocking the door every time.

Staff was excellent very close to attractions like wet n wild across the street and universal around the corner. Breakfast could of been better but there were was an ihop like five minutes away

No transportation to the airport and had to be like the very first one to the bus stop for the shuttle coming back from the theme parks

How close it was to the parks that I visited.

Internet is only in Lobby. The rooms smells so bad my kids couldn't stand it. The sheets and blankets were dirty. The room was dirty. The hotel looked dirty. The pool was dirty. It was a nightmare. We slept in our jackets and pants and socks and shoes with hoods on. I booked this room for 4 nights. I checked in and checked out the next morning. I was charged a $25 fee for checking out early, which I was told by staff that I wouldn't be. Also staff told me that booking.com charges me that fee not Metropolitan. Horrible nightmare and by far the worst overnight stay in a motel. This motel needs to be condemned and deemed as non-live-able. The proper authority needs to be contacted so that this place is shut down and closed to the public and demolition needs to take place immediately.

This hotel is close to all shopping mall. It is just 5min driving. It is a huge. U have Parking there. U have breakfast, not luxury but still ok, some bagels,Danish,cofe, juice. I didn't like staff first night. The young tan guy was not polite, a bit rude. But another time , it was tan lady very nice, always smile and so friendly.

Directly after booking, I realized I had forgotten to ask if there was a shuttle to the airport even tho a shuttle was advertised for sights in Orlando area such as Disney. I called the hotel, she said they did not have an airport shuttle so I asked to cancel. She told me to do it through Booking Buddy which I did. Somehow it turned out that I cannot cancel after 24 hours before the date I wanted to stay but I had just booked for that day! I ended up double booked and had to pay for not even staying here!! Unacceptable, deplorable, and should be against the law!!!

I didn't stay too much time but it was a pretty good hotel with good attention for the guests.

It didn't let me to leave my lugagge there before the check in, I had to pay about 30 bucks for an early check in, that wasn't so bad but cheaper lockers or a place just to leave the lugagge could be good. It doesn't have free wi-fi in the rooms, I don't really mind going to the lobby to use internet but it is better if I can skype in my room by free.

I like the location the hotel and the opcion to transportation from hotel to Disney world.

I didn't like the maintenance of the hotel and the time that I had to wait at the stop bus in Disney world to return the hotel, was 1 hour and the weather was very cold.

The Hotel is located on International Drive, walking distance from many great eaterys, and a short drive from Universal Studios and Dave n Busters. Prime location!

Came in contact with 4 staff members. 2 were pleasent, 2 were not. 50% isn't very good. Breakfast is not worth your time, and 1 of the 2 unpleasent staff members serves breakfast. They were renevating and the carpet was ripped from the floors in the hallways, and what wasn't ripped up should have been because it was very dirty.
