Low rates for nice hotel in major chain with good loyalty program. Really slow internet in business center (odd for a business/convention hotel) and difficult connections to internet in rooms. Place felt a bit empty.

The facility is well appointed with impressive amenities. At breakfast service was slow and not up to par. We had to remind the waitress to bring water and had to ask foe a second cup of coffee. She was no where to be seen when it came time for the check.

Attractive exterior, public rooms, helpful and courteous staff. Room was spotlessly clean, great beds, good shower. Room was typical convention room, but spotlessly clean. Furniture worn, corridors leaning towards well used appearance. Needs a small face lift. Shower ceiling damaged from leak above.

The hotel was beautiful! But my bathroom WAS NOT clean!! So check to make sure your entire room has been cleaned! The shower was dirty, no one emptied the trash cans, the was someone's hair all over the walls of the bathroom..,just nasty! The staff was so rude and judgmental! Although I loved the hotel, I would have to think long and hard about staying there again just because of the unhelpful, rude, lazy, and racist staff members! The first person that actually said hello with a smile was one of the housekeepers! And that was when I was walking to the room that ended up being the wrong room. The lady that checked me in ignored my reservation and gave me the room she wanted me in. After I called and complained, someone else helped me and switched me to the two bed queen room I reserved. I've never been to a hotel with such rude staff. If I were the manager, I would be really embarrassed and ashamed! Not to mention when I checked into the hotel the rude lady put all kinds of charges on my acct without even explaining them to me. I had to call and find out what they were myself!! Just pitiful!!
