Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (6-14 J.) in einem Familienzimmer untergebracht (geräumig und sehr sauber). Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Durch das Einweggeschirr entstand täglich eine enorme Müllmenge. |

Alles! Sehr nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle im Zimmer, sehr sauber. Wir hätten gerne die Fenster geöffnet, um frische Luft herein zu lassen. |

Das Zimmer war gut, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Zentrale Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze, Umfangreiches Frühstück. Absolut genervt haben die Pizza-Flyer, die jeden Tag unter dem Türschlitz durchgesteckt wurden! Ätzend auch der Betrieb am Pool!! - Party bis spät abends... keine Pool-Handtücher zur Verfügung morgens ab Öffnungszeiten des Pools... Zimmerreservierung über Booking.com konnte zunächst nicht gefunden werden vom Rezeptionspersonal... |

Nahe Lage zu Universalstudios. Angenehmer Poolbereich. Saubere Zimmer. Moeglichekeit zum Fruehstueck im Hotel und Shuttleservice ueber das Nachbarhotel. Fruehstueck ab 7:00 Uhr etwas spaet, wenn bereits um 8:00 Uhr die Shuttlebusse gehen. Vollstaendige Auswahl an Essen war bei unserem Aufenthalt erst ab 7:20 Uhr verfuegbar. |

Zeer ruime kamer en erg netjes, niet gehorig en relatief dichtbij Universal Studios en Citywalk. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijt zelden een beter continental breakfast gehad. Dit hotel is zeer aan te bevelen gezien de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Spacious and clean room... good located to Universal Citywalk... Excellent continental breakfast and staff was very helpfull... Can highly recommend this hotel. |

the breakfast was good, the room was big and the beds were comfortable. On arrival the staff on the desk were un-helpful, questions they must have been asked many times seemed to shock them as if they didnt have a clue about the area, a puzzled look on the face isnt what a customer wants to see is it when asking simple q's about transport, basically she just couldnt be bothered. Incidentally the one for checkout in the morning was far better which was a shame.For some reason staff decided to use a machine to blow the leaves around/vaccum them up the carpark starting at 7am which seems a bit odd to wake paying guests up, very annoying. why not do this at midday when no-one is around???? they were also unhelpful when we needed change to pay a taxi driver saying the didnt have change of a $50 bill....in a hotel?? |

I have travelled all over the world, stayed in hundreds of hotels. We normally stay in Orlando in another hotel, 2- 3 times more expensive then the Comfort Suites. We were pleasantly surprised. Super location, for the parks and for shopping to the outlets and Millenia Mall. Breakfast included, was fine! Breakfast Buffet was very clean, all machines well kept, looked very good, it surprised me. Internet included! They also have a small shop, next to reception. Staff very friendly. Rooms big and clean. Parking free, in front of the hotel. Guard on the parking at night! Well kept small pool area. Well equipped (Life Fitness) small gym. If you need a good place to stay in Orlando this is it! This is value for money !!!!! |

Hotel is close to Universal & Wet'n Wild. Also a short drive to Intl Drive. Comfortable bed and spaceous room ( I chose king room for a couple). Fridge, iron, kettle, etc. It is a good hotel for the money. Sympathy of the woman helping with the breakfast. From a 5 night stay, only one day the room was totally prepared and towels and soap changed every day. Breakfast is only basic. |

It was great and friendly atmosfere, wonderful place = just 2 blocks from the Central park and 2 blocks from subway. Bathroom was really clean and nice. I can just recommend it. just pitty that they dont provide breakfast. But you can have a coffee and croissant in every corner in NY. so no big deal. Great hotel. |

Fantastic value. Clean comfortable with excellent room facilities including twin Queen, sofa, table, fridge, microwave, iron, desk, TV, radio, free internet. Helpful staff. Good gym, pool and jacuzzi with towel service. Buffet breakfast included was very good, hot and cold and varied. 24hr hot coffee available in lounge. Will stay here again next time. |

Breakfast was good, they had also bacon and eggs or hamburgers. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was situated very well, in the vicinity of most parks. The lady at the frontdesk was not friendly when we checked in in the evening. |
