I liked the room and the location close to universal and disney and shopping, food- The breakfast food was terrible!- The eggs were powdered eggs and they tasted just awful!! My wife and I cannot believe that a place like comfort inns would serve food that tasted so bad!! And powdered egg and the price that you charge is unbelieveable- second, was the noise from the highways close bye, we didn't know that it would be so noisey that it would be hard to get to sleep with it-

The room was clean and comfortable. We liked that a hot breakfast was included in the price of the room. This hotel was close to the I-Trolley which was great for getting around town without a car. Overall our stay was really good. I didn't like the fact that when we wanted to add a day to our stay, the desk person said I needed to stop by and let them know before 11am the next day and we would receive the same rate as the rest of our stay. I did this, however the message was not relayed to the staff and I was charged a higher rate for the last 2 days. This lowered my opinion of our great stay at this hotel.

Staff did not know I was comming, hotel room smelled, not 3 stars as stated on-line, staff acted very nervous when speaking and dealing with customers and very short when questions are asked.

This Comfort Suite was clean and reasonably priced. It was also very convenient to the Universal Studios park, which was our destination in Orlando. The food served at breakfast was fresh and good. It included hot items and good sources of protein. We had one problem with our room, and it was quickly repaired. The bottom surface of the bathtub was slick. We had to be very careful while in the shower so that we didn't slip and fall.

Very confortable hotel, with a very good price. Easy to reach the best places in Orlando, including outlets and parks. Very close to Universal Parks. Includes an EXCELENT breakfast, with many kind of fruits, breads, juices...etc... Rooms have microoven, refrigerator and coffe maker! Excelent cost benefit..!! Higly recommend!

Very good location if you are interested in visiting Universal Studios and other theme parks. Also very close to the shopping malls. Hotel itself quite nice. Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Quite nice breakfast included in hotel rate. Parking available in front of the hotel.

The staff was very warm & welcoming. They were able to meet all of our accomadations. Rooms were large, the fridge/micro/coffeemaker was convenient. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Lots of perks for the money gave this a great value and pleasant stay. I would recommend and stay there again! Pool & hot tub was also nice, water temp was perfect, plenty of complimentary towels, and not busy or noisy. Good way to relax. Wonderful!

One of the best breakfast of Orlando Hotels, excelent staff and brand new rooms (up to 6 people in same room)...Near Universal, Wendy's and a Wallgreens...A great suprise. Um dos poucos hotéis que acitaram 5 pessoas no mesmo quarto...mesmo nível de tantos outros com o final "INN" mas com um dos mais completos café da manhã de Orlando, récem reforamado (NOV/2011) e com um dos quadros de funcionários mais prestativos que já tive contato. Recomendo a todos.

Accommodating staff!! Very helpful front desk! I thought the room was a going to be a King-Suite, however it was a double Queen Suite...was told it was the booking fault!

Appreciated the accommodation with late check-out as well as printing our boarding passes when the hotel printer in the business center was not working. It also turns out that our credit card on file had expired and although comfort suites staff had called our home seeking a new number the same day (we were already traveling), the reservation was still in tact when we arrived after 7 P.M. the rooms had a great sound- proofing and a decent gym/pool for its size.
