The restaurant right next door
Location was perfect! A lot of great restaurants close by and a variety of little shops. Walking distance to everything!
When I called the day before check in I was confirming that we could check in earlier that check in time. The gentleman on the phone told me that it would be fine and that he assigned a room for us to assure it would be ready...he also told me that he had upgraded our room as well. I'm pretty sure we got down graded. Our room was so tiny. There was barely room in the bathroom to sit on the toilet. The valet parking that is required at $22 a day was a complete joke!!! Both days we took our car out it took 30 mins, not 10-15 like they had said when we first got there, and that was after we called down to valet 10-15 mins before we went downstairs to leave. The valet is understaffed and not organized at all!
Most of the staff was helpful, especially when I left my cell phone and charger when I checked out. Front of hotel staff (doorman, concierge, valets good - front desk at check-in excellent, front desk rest of time, so-so.
Small room, VERY small bathroom, carpet not vacuumed for three days, no clock radio, no refrigerator (though space for one), coffee supplies not always restocked, unattractive bar/lobby area, housekeeping knocking on door at 8 am.
All staff were excellent and the room was very comfy.
A wrestling team staying in the hotel turned the temperature in the workout room to 90... I wasn't there to cut 5 lbs of water. The parking fee was way too high. Should be free/minimal for guests.
The same familiarity yr-after-yr, quality and location ideal.
Modest but modern and functional gym (great treadmills, free weights). The apples and water were a very nice, welcome touch.
confortble, convenient, welcome,afternoon tea&cookies
air conditioning noise
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, decor, shower was awesome
Had to join Hilton Rewards to get free Wi-Fi
Friendly& covenient Bar could be much nicer and cosier by doing nearly nothing to it
This hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable. Has everything you need and staff are very helpful. Would stay again.
No free wifi
pretty, clean, and comfortable hotel.
Can't seem to set the heat on automatic without also having a/c on auto. They charge for wifi unless you join hhonors and ask for a promo code.
very very very small bathroom no refrigerator
liked the room layout, shutters on windows, comfortable bed
bathroom a bit cramped but otherwise very nice
The room was not that large and with a short window. I had to show proof of the rate gotten from the reservation at booking.com as the hotel indicated the full rate on the bill.
The convience of the shopping and restaurants
Bathroom too small Party till midnight above our room
Friendly staff Location
The location was good.
1-We were hosting a small dinner party at the hotel. Although I made a reservation a week in advance, it was lost or misplaced. 2-The bathroom was so small, my husband couldn't see to shave over the corner vanity. 3-The wi-fi wouldn't allow 2 phones and an iPad to operate at the same time.
I like there was a room. I was on a delayed flight to ORD and needed a room. Due to weather, there were no rooms at O'Hare or in Rosemont. This was closest hotel with a trusted name I could find. I booked quickly and got a cab. I was checked in quickly, given the wakeup I needed, got a great breakfast with great service. The room was very comfortable. Terrific bed and really nice sheets. Sadly I only used it for about 6 hours.
It's 12 miles from O'Hare, but about a 40 minute drive so the cab ride was about $45. And I had to get up an hour earlier because of the drive back to O'Hare.
the place is beautiful. I loved the beautiful indoor white window shudders. i would stay again but only if there are no weddings taking place.
there was a wedding taking place and i could actually hear what people were saying all night long. i didn't heir the music just people outside on the porch or ground floor. I'm not sure but it was awful. couldn't sleep all night.
Location was good.
Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The air conditioning was extremely loud,
Very comfortable beds
Valet took forever
I liked how nice the building was it looked kind of top of the line and the bed was comfortable.
They added some charges after my stay because I lit candles for a romantic evening, they claimed I was "smoking". Also the cover turned out to be GROSS in the daylight.
hated RATS on the streets at night!!!! HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!
All other room accommodations or lack thereof. Tiny bathroom, missing dresser drawers, no refrigerator, etc. Felt like a Days Inn yet still priced as a Hilton. Best bet would be the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.
