Location was good.
Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The air conditioning was extremely loud,
hated RATS on the streets at night!!!! HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!
Great location and good service
Bathroom is tiny for couple
This was so close to my daughter's apartment just a short train ride. You could just walk out of the hotel and find a ton of shops restaurants. It was pretty close to lake Michigan as well. The room was clean and had nice finishes.
Valet parking. The bathroom was so small I could barely close the door when on the toilet
Great location to Northwestern campus. Room and bed comfortable. Restaurant very good.
Location. Nice lobby and fitness room
Bathrooms were small and had little space to place toiletries. AC was noisy.
Greeting by doorman and help with luggage - keep doormen happy please. Checkin welcoming and professional Free Computer in lobby Bed and inens excellent!
No particular complaint; however, there is always room for improvement!
Lack of room amenities. No mini fridge needed for medication Room service was very slow and the food was NOT worth the wait.
Exactly in the front gate to northwestern university, great experience walking from this hotel to james allen center in Kellogg school of management.
The room was clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and the towels were fluffy.
The shower, having no threshold, drained into the middle of the bathroom floor. Wifi was not free, as one might expect for such an expensive hotel. In general, I thought the cost of the room was high for the amenities offered.
My room was very large, but it was a room for handicap because they couldn't find my reservation at first.
They overcharged us compared to what we booked the room for on booking.com. Also the facility wasn't that clean, when we walked in there were red stains on the floor that looked like diluted blood. The facility just seemed old and in need of a makeover.
Clean, spacious room Courteous staff Excellent location near NU & Starbuck's
Size of the bathroom High cost for vehicle parking per day
I liked where it was
I thought the room was over priced, the paper holder in the washroom was falling off. Also low water pressure in the shower. .Also didn't like the fact there was no parking...
large room with 2 queensize beds.
Located adjacent to campus and town. Clean and well maintained for a property of its age. Staff was courtious and restaurant food was very nice.
Decor was bland, no coffee early (before 6:30) and no sundries shop.
Decorating was very nice, Nice colors and fabrics, Extremely clean, Clever use of louvered shades to mask ugly view. Staff very solicitous and eager to please.
Waiters in the Globe restaurant had no idea what they were doing and responded as if fairly simple requests were a large burden. Paper napkins in restaurant? Really???
Old but well kept.
Perfect location, great rooms, facilities, staff. Overall great hotel.
The keycards did not work well at all; it could take upwards of 5-10 minutes to get into your room if you were unlucky. I was not the only guest with this problem. The Wi-Fi login system worked poorly on mobile; again, it worked, but it took a while.
The beds at the Hilton are always great. The rooms are always clean.
The rooms my business partner and I both stayed in faced an alley with at least five large trash bins. At 4:30 am the trash trucks came to empty the bins and it was very loud for at least 30 minutes or so. After finally getting back to sleep I woke back up as the room was as bright as could be as there were shutters rather than curtains. The windows should have been Double paned and with black out curtains as I am sure the trash truck comes every morning.
The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful.
Difficult to get food late at night.
Location. lobby area.
Aloofness of staff. pricing in general. Out of date room.
clean fairly modern design but still comfortable. friendly staff perfect location for visiting Northwestern.
The Globe restaurant was disappointing, but there are tons of dining choices within an easy walk.
The manager upgraded us to a suite because the picture online of the superior king is not a picture of the superior king room. He took a copy of my confirmation to have the picture corrected for it is misleading. They were most accommodating
That the room pictured was not the room description
The staf helped us to change to a more quiet room after our complaint of the noicy room (at the back site of the building) they had offered us. Comfortable hotel. Many good restaurants, good public transport to Chicago.
Although we had asked for a quiet room, the room we got at first was on the backside of the building and was much too noicy because of the airco of the building.
