very very very small bathroom no refrigerator
liked the room layout, shutters on windows, comfortable bed
bathroom a bit cramped but otherwise very nice
The room was not that large and with a short window. I had to show proof of the rate gotten from the reservation at booking.com as the hotel indicated the full rate on the bill.
The convience of the shopping and restaurants
Bathroom too small Party till midnight above our room
Friendly staff Location
The location was good.
1-We were hosting a small dinner party at the hotel. Although I made a reservation a week in advance, it was lost or misplaced. 2-The bathroom was so small, my husband couldn't see to shave over the corner vanity. 3-The wi-fi wouldn't allow 2 phones and an iPad to operate at the same time.
I like there was a room. I was on a delayed flight to ORD and needed a room. Due to weather, there were no rooms at O'Hare or in Rosemont. This was closest hotel with a trusted name I could find. I booked quickly and got a cab. I was checked in quickly, given the wakeup I needed, got a great breakfast with great service. The room was very comfortable. Terrific bed and really nice sheets. Sadly I only used it for about 6 hours.
It's 12 miles from O'Hare, but about a 40 minute drive so the cab ride was about $45. And I had to get up an hour earlier because of the drive back to O'Hare.
the place is beautiful. I loved the beautiful indoor white window shudders. i would stay again but only if there are no weddings taking place.
there was a wedding taking place and i could actually hear what people were saying all night long. i didn't heir the music just people outside on the porch or ground floor. I'm not sure but it was awful. couldn't sleep all night.
Location was good.
Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The air conditioning was extremely loud,
Very comfortable beds
Valet took forever
I liked how nice the building was it looked kind of top of the line and the bed was comfortable.
They added some charges after my stay because I lit candles for a romantic evening, they claimed I was "smoking". Also the cover turned out to be GROSS in the daylight.
hated RATS on the streets at night!!!! HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!
All other room accommodations or lack thereof. Tiny bathroom, missing dresser drawers, no refrigerator, etc. Felt like a Days Inn yet still priced as a Hilton. Best bet would be the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.
Great location and good service
Bathroom is tiny for couple
This was so close to my daughter's apartment just a short train ride. You could just walk out of the hotel and find a ton of shops restaurants. It was pretty close to lake Michigan as well. The room was clean and had nice finishes.
Valet parking. The bathroom was so small I could barely close the door when on the toilet
Great location to Northwestern campus. Room and bed comfortable. Restaurant very good.
Location. Nice lobby and fitness room
Bathrooms were small and had little space to place toiletries. AC was noisy.
Greeting by doorman and help with luggage - keep doormen happy please. Checkin welcoming and professional Free Computer in lobby Bed and inens excellent!
No particular complaint; however, there is always room for improvement!
Lack of room amenities. No mini fridge needed for medication Room service was very slow and the food was NOT worth the wait.
Exactly in the front gate to northwestern university, great experience walking from this hotel to james allen center in Kellogg school of management.
The room was clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and the towels were fluffy.
The shower, having no threshold, drained into the middle of the bathroom floor. Wifi was not free, as one might expect for such an expensive hotel. In general, I thought the cost of the room was high for the amenities offered.
My room was very large, but it was a room for handicap because they couldn't find my reservation at first.
They overcharged us compared to what we booked the room for on booking.com. Also the facility wasn't that clean, when we walked in there were red stains on the floor that looked like diluted blood. The facility just seemed old and in need of a makeover.
Clean, spacious room Courteous staff Excellent location near NU & Starbuck's
Size of the bathroom High cost for vehicle parking per day
I liked where it was
I thought the room was over priced, the paper holder in the washroom was falling off. Also low water pressure in the shower. .Also didn't like the fact there was no parking...
