AC/ heater unit a bit noisy but not bad.

On the strip but set back enough that you don't hear the traffic. Clean rooms, awesome heated pool

We loved the heated pool and the location to the strip. Even tho it was close to the strip the rooms were secluded too.We did like that there was on site restaurant and the free breakfast. We will definitely revisit this hotel again and again!

Great time!! They had UFC amiture fights at their bar and grill which made the trip more exciting since it rained the whole time! The pool was perfect as well!

No complaints everything went great!

Our boys loved the out door heated pool. Too cold out for my Husband and I to swim, but teenagers love it! We would have liked it better on Warmer weather and no rain forcasted. So we will try another weekend!

Not enough towels. Especially for using the pool a lot!

Convenient, friendly and clean. Comfortable bed, slept good.

Furnishings in room need updated, such as dressers, pictures, counter tops. No ironing board or iron. Breakfast could be better. We chose not to eat there after the first time.

The location is great and the front desk staff very friendly.

The hotel is old and run down. The maid left clean towels and attempted to make the bed, however a 5 yr old could have done better! Room is very nasty and made me itch! The pub is loud and very smokey! People from the pub were loud and woke us up all night. The free breakfast was nasty! Brown orange juice, rotton fruit and hard biscuits...Next time I'll pay a little more for a nicer hotel!

They gave us an upgrade because they didn't have the original booked room.

Guests upstairs were noisy all night, stomping on floors

the people above us I think had a party or had kids running into the late night

freezer door fell off fridge. NO soap dispenser at hand washing sink - was told to reach into tub or use bar sink to wash hands, and they had to LOOK for bar of soap. Told at check out there should have been soap at handwash sink. Furniture was old, didn't match, cheap paintings on walls, headboard too small for queen bed, jacuzzi tub was so slipperey we couldn't exit, no grab bars. Not enough plastic cups in room, only 1 availaible.

The value, location and a bar and restaurant within walking distance.

Very noisy, thin walls, allowed guess(s) to keep us up most of the night. When I made reservation I specifily asked for room on first level because my wife's could not maneuver stairs. Needless to say I was told there were no first level suites my reservation should never have accepted. All the lady could say for any of this was I'd sorry.I Will not stay there again or use booking.com in the future and will tell friends and family not to use either.

Location-the view from our room-close to shows & shopping -very clean !

Could improve on the breakfast somewhat, maybe a little more variety & more selection of juice. but , it was still good !

staff was very helpful, they got us a room when they did not get reservation information from booking.com. I showed them my conformation sheet and was given a room at the rate quoted on the reservation I had, although she did not have the same room available because she did not know about the reservation.

Friendly helpful staff . The Roadhouse Pub waitress very friendly with good service. The Roadhouse Restaurant because I met Mike your payroll manager and her spouse, very friendly and very well thought of by the different staff that interacted with her.

Housekeeping did the absolute minimum. Bed half made one day, no mat outside the shower one day, dirty coffe cup left behind, hair clippings in the sink form the morning. Building maintenance a 3 to 5 inch chunk of acoustic dangling in the shower. Musty smell when lying in the bed and when first enter the room. I was in 110. The worst thing was that the rooms on either side were unoccupied and the first night the clock radios in each went off interrupting sleep. I reported same to the front desk and they came out and corrected the problem in one room but not realizing the same was happening in the other room which just happened to be the wall I was sleeping against. After a second call the problem was corrected. It appears that the clock radios reset to a default of midnight and if the alarm remains set thats when they will go off.
