Score from 202 reviews Very good
It was quite and the clerk at check in was very nice.
No frigid in the room , so could not keep soda and juice cold.
Noise from night club was bad music very loud could not sleep till they closed!
Value for room received. Biscuit, gravy, scrambled egg for breakfast. Rooms Far from road, no noise. Room very clean. Good channel selection. Heat/Air units worked incredibly well. Paint colors pleasant. Well maintained.
Old Style TV's. Mattresses old and not very comfortable. Water pressure terrible in shower. No microwave or refrigerator.
The hot tub suite was awsome... very roomy and comfortable.
The heat was hard to control but was still cozy.
Central location. Room was far enough away from the main road to be quiet but close enough to many things. Room was clean with fresh linens each evening upon our return. Staff was friendly, yet professional.
Everything was fine except for a couple of things.
Biscuits and gravy was barely warm and the wifi was terribly hard to connect to.
Rooms were good, breakfast was decent, service was good, pool was still available and heated
Passageways between rooms and floors could use more cleaning and maintaining
Other than the blinds being very dusty the room was very clean. We had a suite so having 2 restrooms and 2 tv's was nice. Lady at check in was nice.
Being on 2nd floor as people walked passed our room coming and going was very loud, wake you up in the middle of the night loud. The weather was very warm for Nov. when we were there and the air in the room was uncomfortably dry. That mixed with the dust on the blinds contributed to some allergy issues.
Location and privacy
Potty wasn't stable Tub very slipperyg
It was a good price for the room. Location excellent!
It could be more updated and newer bedding.
If one wants a central location to the commercial area, this is ideal. It is set back from Hwy 76, the main artery of the entertainment/retail strip, about a quarter of a mile. You could walk to many things and avoid the outlandish traffic. Breakfast was included and fairly extensive as such things go.
It was satisfactory for the price and location. No real complaints.
I love the price and the comfort. Would stay her again. Good places to eat and theaters are close by. Staff were very helpful and rooms were kept clean.
We appreciated the EXCELLENT value for the money, the overall comfort of our room, the hot breakfast provided, and the ease of check-in and check-out.
Finding our way from the registration desk to the motel at the back of the property was EASY IN DAYLIGHT -- something entirely different at night [which comes at 5 PM in Nov.] and the driveway is not lighted. Some sort of driveway marking would be a VAST improvement; even WHITE striping the sides of the drive, or a bright YELLOW line down the center -- anything like that would really help.
Veterans day celebration and oeople were very polite and friendly.
That it got so cold for the parade. Ha!
Staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort in every aspect. Very professional!
Great breakfast. Price very reasonable.
Flooring outside the room in the second floor is wood and not concrete. So this created lots of noise as people were walking by.
Comfortable bed Good food in two on-site restaurants
the office sits along the road but the motel sits way back off the road and on a hill where it is quit.the breakfast was great..
the people upstairs banging doorshalf the night but thats not the staff fault
Loved the managers and enjoyed the rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Breakfast on poor side and not very well displayed. Eggs were not fresh but frozen and other items didn't look fresh.
Nothing really other than it was close to Dixie Stampede which was the sole purpose of this visit.
The staff was about as friendly as a Cobra! When checking in it was very blase'! Upon checking out was not asked how our stay was and only remark after surrendering the keys was "have a good day". We chalked this up as an inexpensive place to stay. Rooms were ok.Cleaner than expected. Bath tub didn't drain?
We liked the location, the hotel was back off the main road. It had a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Room was small but clean. There is an Outback Resturant and Pub right close and the food was very good.
Need new pillows, ours were pretty flat. Also, need to repaint the handicap signs in the parking spaces. Signs posted on the roof....you can see...if you look up!! I had never seens these posted on the roof before! We accidently parked in the handicap spot and all heck broke loose about 11pm. A tennant called the cops and reported it. Ruined my sleep.
Clean quite very nice
The location is super - on the strip (hwy/76). There is a very good restaurant on the property (separate but, just in front of rooms). Also, there is a bar co-located but separate which is very good. Live entertainment 7/week and no cover. Pool was heated as was the hot tub-NICE. Included breakfasts were very GOOD. Lot of variety including fresh eggs and fruit, etc.
The rooms were small - bathroom was very small-just enough room to take care of business. The shower water pressure was poor and very irritating. The commode was short, short and slow flush - had to hold the knob down for awhile to flush. The housekeeper had to be asked to change sheets and several mornings, he/she failed to vacuum the floor. It was a place to sleep only.
We loved the comfort and quietness of the room. It was almost like we had the entire inn to ourselves. Loved the location of how the rooms were set back off the road.. We really enjoyed our stay.
We didn't like the fact the room was not equipped with a fridge, microwave, or iron. Made it lil inconvenient but still nice and worth the stay. The breakfast was a little lacking....
