I did not stay in the hotel. I made the reservations and when I asked the person who stayed what he thought he said it was ok. He noted that when he turned his televsion off he could hear the television in the room next door.

The front desk attendant who received us on check in. The decent shuttle bus lady who drove us to the airport to catch our flight having been delayed by receptionist! - Poor breakfast (not matching 3 stars hotel!) - front office attendant (one in charge on morning of 10 May) is not cooperating, lack to experience which delayed us from flight and denied the rate priorly confirmed given by Booking.Com. and imposed higher rate making use of OTC event. we won't trust this hotel any more.

Really - $200 a night - hair dryer in room didn't work. Staff did provide one. Room was next to ice machine...very noisy

Close to airport. Prompt pickup at airport. Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. Airport shuttle not available when we needed it: 4:15 am; our flight was at 5:20 am. Desk ordered a cab for us at 4:15. The driver charged $20 for a 2 mile ride!

My flight got in late and the staff was very friendly and were quick to check me in and set me up with a shuttle back to the airport. I loved the room it was very cozy and pleasant.

Friendly staff when we checked in. Easy to find. Cost afordable. Friendly staff when we checked out. Pillows are little on the bed. Room was warm. Breakfast wasn't that great.

Affordable. Did not inform me on app that this hotel was non smoking. Tv channels were few as most were blurry and unwatchable. Wifi not working properly. Had to wait for second trip to airport as shuttle filled up fast. I mentioned my problems to front desk as they arose and they didn't care. Will I stay again? Doubtful.

My room was clean. It took 45 minutes for the desk clerk to find my reservation. Partly because she kept answering the phone, talking to otgher people ande checking in other people. The only tredmill in the exercise room is falling apart. After waiting from 10 to 11:15 at night for the shuttle I joined 3 other people and paid a driver to get to the red roof inn, despite 4 phone calls to the inn. Staff was rude and inconsiderate.
