Accommodations were nice with spacious room and good bed. Location was good - very close to the event I came to attend.
Did not like the feeling that I shouldn't be there unless I was Korean. Newspapers, etc. were all Korean. Employees all appeared Korean. Other guests appeared to be Korean. Did not expect to be in Korea.
Staff was very nice, especially the valet employees. Felt very safe in the area even though it is not the best in LA. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Bed was a little hard and most instructions and materials were only in Korean. Would have been nice to have a little more in English, as well.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, food at Take sushi restaurant is pricey but delicious. All facilities quiet and comfortable. Conveniently located next to Assi Plaza and dozens of other shops. If you are planning a Koreatown stay for any reason, this place is a solid choice.
View of 3rd floor interior rooms goes right out to a heavily used walkway, hampering privacy. Easily solved by keeping the curtains closed, but its a minor annoyance.
Room was nice and was cleaned to high standards
This hotel is meant for 100 per cent asian traveller as no american staff nor even english phone book in the room Eric of toronto
Pleasant And Helpful Staff.
There Wasn't Any Convenient Hotel Parking So You Always Had To Use Valet Parking Even If You Had To Go Back To The Hotel For 15 Minutes.
It feels like you are in Korea. Free valet parking.
Everything is very old and would need an urgent refurbishment.
It was a great location for visiting my son who attends USC - a straight shot and 10 minutes from campus. We felt very safe and felt appreciated by all but a couple of the people staffing the hotel. They have valet parking that is the only parking option, but is quite efficient. We were told to tip them $2 each time we picked up our car and they did a great job. I would stay at this hotel again for sure - good value and we enjoyed our stay!
Wifi signal was week. No movie channels on the television to choose from. No ice or vending machines on the floors. You have to visit the bar/coffee shop on the 2nd floor - it worked.
The rooms ware specaious and clean ...The staff was helpful and friendly. We bought breakfast and had both the Korean and American breakfast. Good food but slow service. We would stay there again
The location was interesting. You need a car but parking is free. A great deal in LA
WiFi access point kept working on and off
Excellent location for all things Korean - market, restaurants, cafes, etc. Free valet parking was convenient. Their bukuhguk soup and dehnjang-jjigae for breakfast is really yummy.
Clean, nice hotel in Koreatown. Restaurant is very good with Korean and Japanese cuisine, but many typical American restaurant items too (salmon, shrimp). Very quiet, mostly business people or adult travelers. The parking is free, you only have to tip the attendants, who produce your car in seconds.
very aged, need a big renovation. Wifi was too weak to use.
Clean, very accessible. Walking distance to Wiltern theatre. Safe neighborhood. Will use again
No parking, only valet. Typical hard hotel bed
Please do not stay at this if you need to connect to web to send your emails and so on...... Very poor internet connections!! Not recommended for business stay.
Friendly service, size of room.
There was a small bug in the bathroom.
Your hotel is in bad condition I stayed on the 5th floor and could hear your air condition unit running all day and night. Your hotel needs to be remodeled
It's absolutely awesome, for the price the rooms are big and very nice looking, clean. My girlfriend who lives in Los Angeles and joined me every night of my stayed said it was nice, it's just very "Korean", everything is translated in Korean but the neighborhood is pretty fresh :) It's near a metro station and buses. No problem if you wanna get to Downtown LA or USC via metro And Santa Monica with the bus.
Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. Located three blocks from the subway stop. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Korean supermarket across the street.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious.
I think they need to renovate the rooms a little bit. Everything seemed quite old and worn out.
