    The room was clean enough, and it provided us a place to sleep while visiting Stanford. Only recommend this hotel if the better ones are full or it fits their budget and purpose.

    Beds were hard. Decor was dated. Breakfast was edible, but not good. People upstairs were loud. No amenities really (no channel guide for the non HD TV and no info on area restaurants, etc.).

    The rooms size and amenities were good. The saving grace was internet access. I'm traveling for and was of great importance having the internet.

    The staff needs work, my rooms floors were sticky like they never mopped the floors. They never changed my sheets just made up the bed.

    It was clean. The breakfast was remarkable for this type of place. It was reasonably priced

    Parking spaces seemed to be narrow--barely wide enough for a mini-van. Comment re this form--there was no choice for "non-couple" 2 persons.

    For a small hotel chain, compared to a Holiday Inn, I did not expect to see that the room I had booked was so huge. Shocking but I loved it and it was much cheaper than the Holiday Inn too. I would like too see the same setup in other hotels. The bathroom was amazing. A Jacuzzi in the bathroom that's a plus. The staff was friendly as well. Overall it was a great experience.

    Your staff was phenomenal! So helpful and kind. The tub was amazing for my 8 months pregnant body. Will be coming back next year! Highly recommended!

    It was conveniently located near our destination, Stanford Medical Center. It was also nice having the Jacuzzi bath to relax after a long day.

    The lobby is very small.

    Not enough electrical outlets in room and coffee was disappointing - maybe the water you're using? Otherwise satisfied.

    Clean room, courteous staff, nice setting.

    If you're there on a Thursday morning, don't plan on sleeping in. The garbage truck came for the business next door (south side of motel) and emptied the container. Problem is, the dumpster is within an arms length of the bedroom wall. Sounded like he was going to crash right through into our bedroom. But hey, what a wake-up call!!

    It was clean which is why I rated clean as good. The bed was comfortable. The outside landscape is pretty.

    They were not able to give us our reservation partly, we were told, because we required a non-smoking room. However, we noticed non-smoking larger rooms that appeared unoccupied. We had to downgrade our room. (the cost was adjusted). The property was older than I expected. It does show it's age. The location is in an older and more run down area (a gentlemen's bar across the street and no near by restaurants) The bathroom had no tub and the shower door didn't close. The bathroom was small and that made it difficult to shower and change. Poor TV reception in the room. Booking.com listed this property as not having breakfast but in fact they do. However, we were not told breakfast hours and therefore missed breakfast. At the very least a booklet should have been in the room stating that kind of information. A long wait to check in due to computer and reservation problems. My husband was told they could not tell which rooms were available and which rooms had guests. The staff is friendly but they have problems with efficiency. Over all I can't give this property a very good rating. If we had gotten the room we booked my review may have been more favorable. We were able to see into the kind of room we booked and it looked more comfortable. I rated comfort as fair because the bed was comfortable. Booking.com rates this property at 3 stars I would disagree it's a 2 or 2 1/2 at best.

    The room was large as was the bathroom. It had a nice TV and a good size fridge.

    The first thing I notice was the gentleman in the room next to me snoring. You could hear everything. The large jacuzzi tub was a big selling point for me...only problem is the controls on it didn't work so the jets didn't work. The size of it was nice but when the controls on the tub don't work it takes away from the experience. The room also could have been cleaner. The person I was staying with and I are very neat, clean people and we found areas that hadn't been cleaned in some time and cleaned them ourselves because they bothered us.

    Location was good and room size was adequate for our needs

    The area was loud and other guests were outside hanging around until 3am chatting. The towels and sheets were very hard and worn...one even had a hole in it.

    I did like the location, the cost savings and the friendly workers.. the staff that clean the room were very friendly and helpful..

    I didn't like one of the male staffer that was not to helpful because the wifi did not work well on my computer, he was a very angry person, he didn't even know what was wrong with the wifi .. then there was booking.com, you guys didn't list that this motel was AARP friendly, I found out when I read it on the back of their business card.. all in all it was a very pleasant stay and I will be staying there again..

    very comfortable bed, great pillows, coffee pot nice in the morning. Jacuzzi was wonderful every morning. TV was great.

    air conditioner was to noisy to leave on all night, and opening the window for air resulted in noise from cars, alarm horns and people walking by. suitcase storage was very small and dark as a cave. a light is needed. there was a coffee pot, refrigerator and a lamp, with an outlet for two plugs. Hmmmmm repair service was poor. I reported a defective toilet seat on day two and day four. repairs promised but never happened.. I gave up on getting it repaired.
