cover over head, pool with hot spa, the place is what it claims to be (nothing special, we were just passing through).

It was close to our sporting event and allowed members to get out of the heat prior to taking part.

The staff member that checked us in was very rude did not present a business friendly attitude. Other locations were busier but provide a what can I do to make your better.

The rooms were very noisy, You could easily hear people talking outside.

The room was a good size. We sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed the afternoon breeze.

There was no breeze into the room, so it seemed a bit stuffy. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. The room is very dark--I kept trying to turn the lights to the next, brighter level, but there ewqsn't one.

Good place to stop for one night. On a road trip and needed a place to stay between Death Valley and Grand Canyon.

Difficult to find registration desk. They wanted to charge me $10 for third guest in room, when I had made reservations for four! I had to show reservation to get original rate. Glad I was only staying one night.

The connivence to other places we visited. Clean room. Reasonable quite for Easter weekend.

The price of hotel room was very high for the amenities received.

Location and the room was clean.

We were on the 2nd floor and every step the floor creaked loudly, it must have annoyed the people below us. I didn't like walking through a cigarette smoke filled gaming area to reach hotel reception. The reception area itself is a bit tired looking. We changed our mind about eating in the restaraunt because of the cigarette smoke

Service, food, nice gesture to upgrade room, quaint and simple

Outside and nearby room.noise levels made.it difficult to sleep at night.

Had a good time, because we met up with an old friend who drove over from Las Vegas. The casino was fun, although it had a strong odor of stale beer and smoke. The service in the restaurant was great and the food was good.

The beds were horrible. There were 4 of us and we had 2 rooms, and that was the first comment out of everyone in the morning. The staff could use some customer service. When I went to the front desk to inquire about where I find some ice, since none of the ice machines near the room worked, the 3 people behind the desk walked away like I wasn't even there.

Room poorly furnished - only 1 night stand. Room wasn't cleaned while we were there, and when I called to request service, I was informed that HKeeping had already left for the day! I had heard this hotel called Saddle "Worst"... now I know why!

It was convenient to the area activities.

Room was sparse. No refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave, coffee pot. Not enough food choices in the hotel.

Beds are very OLD. Bath is OLD.

We had a bar gal that was totally awesome. Poor thing had to work her butt off, taking care of the bar and the patrons at the machines!! THE BREAKFAST BUFFET/RESTAURANT WAS QUITE GOOD. OUR WAITRESS, DARLENE, WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND A DELIGHTFUL PERSON!!

Elephants walking across the floor above us! Huge gap under the door & bugs and beetles walking in at their leisure! Every evening, while using the bathroom at bedtime, I had to step on a bug. Who knows what we slept with!! They really should spray around their grounds.

The proximity to the event we were attending.

The hostess staff at the restaurant and the bartenders need alot of retraining on customer service. Somehow they have all forgotten about it!!!

Facilities and accommodations.

Saddle West personnel reserved the wrong room (1 king bed) and we had 3 adults so we needed 2 queen beds. They finally found a room (but no refrigerator or microwave as reserved) and we stayed the night.

Convenient, quiet, and clean.

The beds were the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in. By the time I left I was stiff, sore and exhausted.

Room was dirty. TV and remote control did not work right away, no hair dryer, had to ask for one. Toilet did not work, was super molding inside tank and toilet, not healthy at all. shower was a mess. Towels were not soft, and sheets were like sleeping on plastic, not comfortable, bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress was awful. We felt like we were in a room that was not cleaned or rented for sometime. The price was horrible for what they offer, AND we paid in advance a long time before we were to stay. Would I recommend? maybe to animals, not even they deserved the unhealthy smell of mold in room and the very dirty toilet, mold in tank and it was not even attached to the floor or the tank attached to the bowl. What is that about? I truly think we deserve a refund for the room. Do I feel better I vented? NO, I think the health department needs a surprise check for room 108.

one of the best hotels we got for the same money [around $100]. Really enjoyed the full breakfast menu and 24/7 coffee table. Nice, comfy and clean room.

The rooms are outdated, seams like no updates since the mid 80's, Toilets, fixtures and door knobs ( they only worked by turning one way ) The outside of the buildings were very well kept up, Also at Check-In and Check-Out the lady was on the phone basicily ignoring everyone at window, I think they need another person away from the front desk to take phone calls for reservations, No live table games are availiable, only computer ones

This hotel in Pahrump was conveniently located for visiting Death Valley. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Although the hotel is also a casino, this doesn't intrude into the accommodation. The pool and hot tub looked inviting, but we didn't use them. Breakfast buffet at $6.45 was an excellent bargain and provided us a meal that kept us going until later in the day.

Location....close to everything

the occupants of the room above ours....were very noisy...it sounded like they were doing construction on the room...they were hammering and drilling until well past midnight....I called the front desk..they said "I'll call and see what I can do"....well, not much, they triel to be a little quieter.....but they kept dropping their hammer on the floor....needless to say we got very little sleep that night....and the beds were way to soft (worn out) as were the pillows....while the rooms were clean, the furnishings and bedding looked to be they original items when the hotel was built...

Convenient location one hour away from Death Valley NP.
