I don't think l like the way it was before I don't know how it was good
there's nothing I don't like
It was nice we would stay again. Thank you
Television connection. Smell of room
The size of the bed
The location, no directions from main interstate 10 for Decker Dr., and the room had an odor. I felt like there was something creepy in the room. The location was not inviting especially the view of the neighborhood. It looked ghetto or a lower class neighborhood.
the price was great for the area and our budget
it wasn't very clean. they have kids/teens cleaning the place... we got the king suite and It looked nothing like the pictures.. it was very out dated and our sheets had holes in them... but if you need affordable its better than some places
Allowed anyone to park in handicap parking space. My room had two handicap parking spots right in front of it, but I never got to use them, even with my handicap plaque. There was always a non-handi- cap car sitting in both of them. If you have a handi-cap quest, you should be sure to have those spots open for them!
This place was dirty! Cigarette butts all over the place. We asked for a non-smoking room and were told that's all that was available when we got there. We wanted to leave they told us no one smoked in the room all day? We said no thanks. We wanted our money back. We were than told they had a room. It was late so we took it. Fridge would not shut due to so much ice forming in the freezer section. We call the office so the could make a note of it. The fridge was defrosting all over the carpet. They called this a 3 star motel??? I have no idea who rated this but it was a -1, gross and neglected facilities. We had driven for 12 hours and believed the way it was advertised to us. They said free breakfast? No one was there, no coffee, no nothing. I would never recommend this place!!!
Booking.com lists this as a 3 star hotel, but it is a 1 star hotel according to every other website and my experience.
Rooms were clean (towels, sheets, room, etc.)
There was supposed to be breakfast served and there wasn't. They had cereal, but no milk, and that was it...
Houskeepers are awesome
The mexican lady was rude and had a attitude...had left something in the room n realized it wasnt with me n wen I called that lady had a attitude...and then she was in my fiance face laughing n he ask wat she was laughing at...she is so rude and unprofessional and seem like she is prejudice to
Good place to stay for the price
Price was good & staff were friendly
Mirrors in room were smudged & dirty same for tv & light fixtures very noisy No wi fi
The location was excellent and very convenient.
The staff was very rude with all of us ..never going back to this hotel.
extremely pleasant experience
Beong away from home.
The staff had no knowledge of the area. Nothing represented on kayak was accurate. It wasn't even the same hotel as in the pictures. They rated it 3 stars and it had no business center, no fitness center, no laundry center, and a about a 250 sq ft room for breakfast. It is in such a bad area of town that the reception window required bullet proof glass between the receptionist and the guests. The carpet was soaked in the room and the room smelled like a wet dog. When I arrived at 330pm, the few items of cereal were still left out. There were homeless men camped within 20' of the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is placed between two very very low rent, section 8 apartment complexes. The door had evidence of previous break-ins and the old Days Inn logos were apparent under the Palace Inn stickers that were slapped over them.
It was clean and decent but not 3 stars.
Breakfast was only cereal.
We had minor children in our group and were shocked to find 4 channels with explicit porn on the television. We were not happy.
