Very close to the golf course we had scheduled to play and close to the Casino and good restaurants. Great value for the money. The rooms were clean and nice size. Friend staff.
beds were to firm.
Big room & jacuzzi
Tv didn't work , too complicated and only basic channels.
Clean and tidy room. Good breakfast
Being on main road, a bit noisey when window open.
Closeness to beach.
The lukewarm almost cold hot tub. Lack of swimming pool. Minimal selection of breakfast foods.
comfortable affordable clean
Not one thing
THERE IS NOTHING I LIKED ABOUT THIS PLACE
The staff was very friendly. I liked that there was a hotub and sauna instead of a pool because it was mostly adults in there and made it a lot easier to relax without all the noise. I also loved the rooms, the bed was one of the best I have ever slept in and the prices were great!!
There was really nothing I didn't like.
The room was very basic, and it cost almost $200/noc
Too expensive, very basic
200 characters is not even close to being enough for me to explain what I did not like about this hotel. Not only was I completely and utterly shocked that the online pictures were obviously photoshopped to look better than it actually does look in person, I was equally shocked that once we got up to the room, it smelled horrendous and the stains on the carpet kept me from even walking barefoot on the carpet for fear I might catch something. We upgraded to have a kitchen in our room, well again after paying almost $400 for a 2 night stay, then an additional charge of $188 just to have a kitchen was absurd. But we did it. This room was no better. Same scenario with the carpet. No screens on any of the windows. The complimentary coffee, you may as well put water in the coffee package because that is what it tasted like. No flavor. The complimentary breakfast.....I Would have rather ate dog food because that is about how the waffle tasted. The kitchen was filthy where all of your guests sit and eat. Let me tell you something, wiping off the counters and chairs and then using the same towel to wipe off the tables, does not mean they are clean and sanitized. Nasty and gross does not even begin to explain what the kitchen was. Onto the ongoing dog barking and constant noise in the hallways and the slamming of room doors. Oh but wait there is more. Your beds, I might as well have slept on the sidewalk because that is what it felt like I was sleeping on when I laid in that bed. I was afraid to sleep under the covers because of the stains and hair that I found when I pulled the covers back. So, onto the straw that broke the camels back....we got back to the hotel and explained to the lady at the desk that we had to leave a day early because we had a family emergency, my father was in the hospital because he had a heart attack. We had to check out. I asked her to please cancel our nights stay and refund us the money.
The staff was polite and efficient.
Bedding was rock hard and the sound insulation was inadequate resulting in hearing the neighbor's AC compressor turning on every half hour.
My husband and I stayed here for a night out to relax while grandma watched the kids. The front desk staff was very nice and we were making jokes with them! Our room was quite abd we didn't hear our neighbors at all. It's close to restaurants and over course the beach.
The cost was much higher then we normally like to spend and honestly had the hotel we previously looked up would've stl have availability we would've picked the other place based on price.
The view and location.
The bed- it was so HARD!
The beds were itch Microwave and TV not working wifi was very slow a whole in one of the beds The female receptionist did not understand English fluently and showed us to the opposite direction
The size of the room, there Internet pictures
The "mold in the shower" at eye level, the carpets needed shampooed, hard beds,TV sound only worked on 60% of the channels. When you pay $280 night you expect nice, not a large motel 6 room. I travel a lot and stay in chain hotels for $80 to $150 a night that are much nicer and politer staff. I purchased the room of the Internet so when I arrived I was stuck with the room, all the hotels where full. Bad Luck :(
It was clean and the grounds were well kept.
We arrived after midnight. At 7 am we were awakened by kids from another room running around like thundering elephants. After 2 hrs of this we tried to call the front desk. No one answered our call. We had small children with us and we would never allow them to be so disrupt full.
Nice personnel and tidy rooms
Internet access is from non-existent to garbage. Breakfast, what to say, need improvement, lots.
The breakfast didn't have much. The hallways smelled bad, and they seemed to be cheaping out on stuff!
The beds wereclean and well kept.
The spa was dirty. We had to go to the front desk for extra bedding.
The TV did not work. One person on staff for front desk, hospitality, repairs, etc. Brought second tv - didn't work, brought 2nd cable box - didn't work. The room was truly a 80.00 room, not a 180.00 room. If it wasn't the only location still having vacancy, I would have demanded my money back, and gone elsewhere.
The pricing it was advertise at one price but when we went to go check in they gave us another price. And this was after I called to check and they told me the price I saw was what we we get they would adjust it when we got there. And then they would not. And it being a Saturday night getting another room would be impossible and they knew it. Breakfast they were out of food by 8:00 so what free breakfast this was a very special weekend it was our 24th wedding anniversary.
Dirty shower tub, bathroom wall and refrigerator. AC unit broken, cosmetic. Breakfast was not continental as advertised. Hotel is just a step up from motel 6.
it was in lincoln city
the staff was not friendly and everything was old. the room was awful, the wall paper was seperating and letting go. the base board in the bathroom under the sink bot blacker as you moved away from edge of the floor under the sink...never again .I will just keep driving
Beds very comfy, hot showers nice, good tv station selection, decent sized fridge, clean
