Beautiful, large rooms, centrally located but no street noise in the room. The interior walls were a little thin so we could hear the crying babies in the next room. We would have liked a coffee pot in the room. |

Nice location, close to city transit areas and piers. Helpful bellhops I would have appreciated free wi-fi in the rooms for the prices we paid. |

The concierge staff were really knowledgeable & helpful. The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. The location was good. Housekeeping was inefficient. They do not have kettle for boiling water like how a typical 3-4 star hotel would offer. Lastly, they didnt give me a room till 3.45 which is 45 mins after hotel check in timing (total turn off as i travel with a 3mth old baby and we were roomless for abt 3hrs?). The 5 star rating of the hotel really didnt meet my expectation. |

The staff was warm and welcoming. For a hotel in the city it was spacious. The location was great for walking around the city and visiting sites. Close to shopping and fine dining. Would stay there again and recommend to friends! |

Hotell staff were helpful and nice. It was possible to do online checkin easily on the lobby. Public trasportation was easily accessabile and there were shops within walking distance. There where no option for reasonably priced breakfast and/or morning coffee. One could expect at least something with that price level. Noise reduction of walls were really poor. |

Breakfast and the suite we stayed in.Location was very central. The staff very friendly and helpful. Noisey airconditioning, no vents in bathrooms, being charged for 2 computers being in the room, $36 a day for internet connection in one room is very bad.You should be charged for an internet connection only. One computer was for my husband to do his job and the other was for our personal emails. Why should we have to pay twice for it...Breakfast was nice but very expensive so we only ate in the resturant once. We had dinner during happy hour at the Japanese resturant , had the advertised beer which was suppose to be 1/2 price but got charged full price..The hotel is noisey, could hear everything the couple in the next room was doing. Would get woken up by doors and people talking in corridoor. |

The staff was really wonderful and helpful. The pool was very nice as was the sauna. We traveled with our 1-year old son, and they were most accomodating with setting up a crib, providing ice, recommending eating places, etc. The room was on the small side, but we loved the high ceilings and historical atmosphere. There was a wedding reception one night that was very loud. The beds were alright, but definitely not the most comfortable. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit des Gastes zu erledigen. Leider schon sehr alt und die Fenster ließen sich nicht, oder nur sehr schwer öffnen. Klimaanlage sehr laut. |
