I thought we had a very reasonable price for a nice room untill we arrived at the front desk and after that in our court yard rroom. We had to pay an extra fee for facilities we did not want to use, such as pool, fitness etc. This extra fee is mentioned in the small letters, that's why we did not noticed it... The court yard room was dingy, just not clean. |

When I arrived, I purchaed a breakfast ticket for the next day. Unfortunatley, I was not feeling well the next day. I asked if I could use the coupon in the morning and the front desk person was so rude to me that I requsted to speak with a manager. The only thing she offered was to use it if I stayed there again. I would not stay at this hotel again. It is an old hotel. Carpet was dirty and room old and musty. I would have prefered to have paid more money for a better experience. |

There is a daily fee added on to the price whether you use their facilities or not and the courtyard room is nothing like the pictures displayed online. The room was badly lit, noisy and smelled really bad. However, after a lot of persuasion they did upgrade us to a tower room which is what the photos show on the web page |

They charge $100 deposit from my debit card and didn't split the transaction, so the money was deducted as once. Lady promised to charge me back, but still didn't. |

After they switched me to the Tower floor from the first disgusting, roach infested, beat-up room in the courtyard area, I was happy with the clean, modern, and huge room. The two men, especially Bernard, were very helpful and kind to me. One manager was nice and comp me a dinner for their staff misrepresenting a gambling promotion. Other than that, I hated it. I had one of my worst hotel experiences. To start, they charged me a higher a rate than what I booked under booking.com. I didn't have a printout, and the grouchy front-desk clerk lectured me about not having the paperwork and that if I had it that this wouldn't have happened. I was traveling, so printing it out was not easy to do. They said the total cost was $97, and I said I refuse to pay that |

Fantastiskt bra personal och underbart god mat på Pasta Palace. Fin pool och rent och snyggt i de områdena. Rätt slitet invändigt. Lite dålig shuttleservice som man ändå fick betala rätt mycket serviceavgift för. Hade bokat på nätet och det tillkom en hel del i efterhand. |

Echt gokpalies met twee type kamers, de Tower kamers zijn beter. Als je niet voor het gokken gaat is het beter een ander hotel te nemen. Veel lawaai en een zeer matige kamer, geen bad. |
