Good value for the money. Restaurants are also good value for one's hard earned dollars. It's not fancy but it is friendly --especially the other guests. I often stay there when I'm in Vegas and will continue to do so.

Loved playing Baccarat at the gaming tables there. The dealers were nice, many of them smiling all the time and even the pit bosses were great. Also felt our room was very nice too. I went with a girlfriend who I was with, 2 weekends ago at the Fiesta Henderson (where we both got bit by fleas in separate beds) and now I will stay at the Palace Station more often, as I am planning on going to Las Vegas 1-2 times a month. Also loved all the restaurants we ate at. We went to the Oyster Bar, the Broiler and even the Grand Café, where we got the T-bone steak and Prime Rib... which was fabulous. Really love the Palace Station (except for the 1 thing that I didn't like). See in next box>> The smoke was so bad at the Baccarat tables that I literally thought I was going to pass out. There really ought to be stations near the gaming tables where people can stand and smoke and it all gets sucked into some kind of smokerator device. My eyes got stingy and my throat was sore the next day too. I don't understand how smokers can legally and callously afflict their addiction onto others and affect their health...should be against the law to hurt others that way. I was fanning my sheet that I was writing down my wins & losses on...but 3 men didn't give a damn about how I was affected (and it was quite obvious), as my mood changed from being happy and having a good time, to hanging my head, putting a hand over my nose, breathing through my mouth and fanning the sheets. It didn't help, nor did they care. I'm thinking about pursuing this 'cause', because of the serious affect on others' health and I will be looking into anything that I can do to change the situation or create a law. I care about others...and the callous disregard of how the smokers were affecting me, just galled me to no end. The last night we were there, this past Thursday...1 man who was sitting next to me at the Bac table, stood up and back a little, when he went to light up a cigarette (but he wasn't 1 of the original 3 from the night before). Then someone said that I might want to sit at the other end of the table and when I did...the air, which was coming from behind me and kept on flowing in the direction of the smoker...kept the smoke away from me and I was able to enjoy playing and didn't mind that there was a smoker at the table. I sincerely hope you are able to correct this health- affecting situation, as I want to stay at the Palace 1-2 times a month, to play Baccarat.

The staff was friendly and velvet was great and timely. I've stayed at many hotels in vegas, but the room was way to small. We had plumbing problems. The shower was barly able to accommodate me. I'm 6'1" and I'm a musclar guy and it was redicous to shower with no room to move. Won't stay there again.

Was helped by registration person, kiki, who upgraded us to a tower room so I wouldn't have to do stairs in the courtyard rooms. No enought towels in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff routinely only left enough towels for one person. Most rooms have two people staying so that needs to be taken into account.

Price; better than a Motel 6! While well-appointed, the room was small. Casino surcharge brought price too high, but still cheaper than competition. Room really small.

Everything about the room. Have a complaint going on right now because we were given the wrong room, which was the grossest thing I have ever stayed in. Worse than any Rodeway Inn probably, and I have never stayed in one.

The staff was very friendly and polite. When my wife and I arrived we had a problem with the check in, Christina in VIP services took care of the problem. Christina was very pleasent and eager to solve the problem, that was our best experience.

Very cheap. Extra tax (mentioned in booking) useless. It's better pay internet alone rather than that $15 extra tax, probably you won't need the other services. Smoke smell everywhere. The lack of the elevator in the building where those kind of cheap rooms are located.

There are several restaurants and the meals we had at all of them were very good. We stayed on the 7th floor and for some reason the cleaning staff starts banging on doors at 9am. They also start vacuuming the hallway! When we've been out at shows or gambling until 2 or 3 this is less than ideal. Take your earplugs!

I liked that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. There was a hidden $17 facility charge. They didn't have the room I reserved. The tv didn't work and they didn't offer to fix or replace it.
