Very friendly staff,nice restaurants,clean rooms,and easy parking.would stay again.
Buffet was good. Location was also good as we like to play downtown. Value was also good
Rooms were dated. Rugs had dirt stains on it. Beds were ok.
I was traveling for a specific event and had no wish to visit The Strip or other Las Vegas attractions. This hotel is literally on the I-15 access ramp and the convenience of that was fantastic. Was able to park at my room (Courtyard).
Nothing, but one who is ageist or a snob wouldn't like the crowd. Fine clientele, but the "beautiful people" are few in number and are the misfits. Pretty much the polar opposite of the the image of The Cosmopolitan.
The hotel staff were great and friendly. The front desk lady that checked us in was rude and not very helpful. We didn't get the room I requested and she did not offer any solutions or was not compassionate at all. She was just very matter of fact and indifferent.
Front desk staff was a little rude. Hotel is very out dated room smelled and could hear the everything in the hall and the room next door
Palace Station is a great place off the strip to relax, the Pub is awesome, the staff and food at the Grand Cafe can't be beat, the gaming is on par with anything you would find on the strip. I would stay again, but only in a Tower room.
I have previously stayed in Tower rooms. They are awesome. This time I was placed in Courtyard rooms...ugh. Housekeeping staff shouting to one another at 8 am, you can hear everything through the walls, and it is a maze to get to your room...they even give you a map to help you find your way.
BUGS ON SINK IN RESTROOM
Better customer service at front desk.
Front desk representative was not friendly and caring.
Stayed in a double bed room in the courtyard part of the hotel. TV did not work, stains on the carpet, no tub in the bathroom and shower was almost shorter than me (5'6) with no room to adjust, NO ELEVATOR in this area there is only one in the tower where the MUCH nicer rooms are. Put simply, if you just need a place to crash for the night, the courtyard is run down but ok for the night, but if you plan to spend more than an hour in your room, select a tower room. For 200+ dollars a night, pretty disappointed.
Room was by all night loading dock and trash compactor. Hallway smelled like a skunk. Buffet prices misquoted and food was awfuland cold. You could not find a plate that was clean and the staff did not care.Valet did not want to park my vehicle because they could not guarantee its safety.
My sheets were dirty and the heater was broken
The New Year Eve price. That is the only reason we stayed their. We should of paid a little extra more to stay some where nicer!
The cleaning, the staff never changed our sheets. We believe their may have been bed bugs in that room. Disgusting!
I loved my visit to the salon for my bridal hair and makeup! They were vertu accommodating and fulfilled my every wish.
The night before my wedding I stayed in the courtyard room 522. The heater did not work, and there was no blankets on the beds. When I called for blankets I was told that they had run out but I could get extra sheets. I had to call three times before the extra sheets showed up and by then it was after 3 am on the day I was getting married.
everyone kind and courteous.
not a big variety of table games in the casino
This hotel looks very beautiful at night, and a little far away from Downtown Shows, but fine and convinent to there by a hotel shuttle; comfort beds
A plastic trash bag was put on the hallway, just beside my door when I came back. If the trash bag couldn't be put in the room, and the staff didn't want to take it away, just leave it in the room, we would bring it out from the room. I never book this hotel any more and don't want to recommend it to anyone. Wifi is terrible, I couldn't download anything, although I upgraded to 10 Mb/s ($14.00/day). However, its frontdesk staff is very nice, and charged me only one night (total three nights) when I complained about Wifi.
The towers were definitely an upgrade frome the courtyard which was dirty disgusting .i asked for a bed with a pillow top reassured me they had them in the courtyard before i booked the room . Manager upgraded without any ? Definitely a big improvement.
Guy at the front desk was not friendly. Requested pillow top before I made reservation they reassured me there were pillow tops in courtyard. When we went to the room it was disgusting dirty old no pillow top went back to front desk talked to guy who said he could not change me because that's what I booked . Called back talked to manager and he was were accomadating. He upgraded us to the towers which was nicer
The hotel was quite
my credit card was over charged, I was told that it was declined but it wasn't and we had to pay a cash deposit. Now I waiting for a credit to appear on my credit card
Tv and air conditioning worked good. that's about the only good thing i can say.
not too clean. smells terrible. old building. can use some remodeling. some staff made me feel not welcome. The casino smells extremely unpleasant perhaps from the cigarette smokes. how about some ventilation?
Close to the strip and activities, but less expensive.
Pillows too thick. I know they all do it, but I don't like them tacking on extra charges for nothing. The service fee almost doubled the cost, but it was still a deal by most standards. I want them to quote the price with all costs and taxes included.
The room I stayed in was run down and the hallways were dirty. Hotel check in, restaurants', and main casino wreaked of cigarette smoke.
I like this place always when I travel to vegas or my family I recommended
This time was not good at all I booking 2 rooms and when I arrive I just got one.. So I had to pay additional walking room more expensive I did call booking line and they said hotel will fix that untill now I didn't get my refund
The hotel was really great, had a minor incident regarding a bug in the bed but staff immediately offered a free upgrade and sent security to do a report and it went so fast, and we were moved immediately into a nicer room in the tower. The rest of the trip and time spent at the hotel was excellent. The young lady at the front desk was so awesome, she got me into my room well before 3pm, so I could get some rest.
