convenience of freeway. the gardens were great to just hang out in
Gloomy atmosphere Walking to room scary No elevators can't extend stay on phone
No traffic easy highway excess
Buffet was excellent value
The rooms were small. Advertised for 2 queen beds, but instead were 2 full size beds. No bath tub, only a shower.
Convenient. Right off the freeway. Cheap.
the housekeeper was friendly she gave us the toilet paper cuz there wasn't any in the room
nothing it was for everything was bad and the prices were differently when we got there was more money
Too much smoke
Good and friendly servers, bartenders, Etc.
It took "engineering" three days to unclog a toilet. And, four attempts to fix the door key card. No escalators. Shower stall is tiny. Made for 5' 5 or shorter.
Beds are comfy. Lots of restaurant choices open late. Free wifi. Two pools. Quite location for Vegas.
bare bones pool area resort fee-what do you get for this?
tower rooms are great value shuttle to strip
POOR MANAGEMENT ( AT NIGHT ) .
THE ONLY BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS LOCATION AND CHEAP PRICE
what I didn't like was twice a friend of mine almost had his bet taken away from the dealer at the craps table not once but twice. once is a mistake twice is suspicious
I like the staff very nice the hotel is very clean overall is very good experience.
Everything! Will never stay there again!!!!!
First of all there wasnothing i liked! There was a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the door that you could see through. The beds were the cheapest beds ive ever seen. Staff was walking down the halls all night with there hand held radios loud as they could go, talking about how they had to fix stuff all night
We were booked to a courtyard room instead to a tower room. The courtyard room was horrible, just next to a loading dock and somewhat above the food tray's carts area. The first night we never had a decent rest! We could hear the noises from the dock and cart area at least every 30 minutes. Overall the appearance/ ambiance, cleanliness, and comfortability of this room in my opinion and experience is below FAIR.
Thanks to Donna wesenick!! She helped and coordinated with hotel mgmt to have us moved to the Tower room
People in the building smoke to much ,not only cigarette they smoke mariguana .and the building supposed to be not smoking. And we get the buffet. I got sick food poisoned .my wife and my son they got sick to.never im Goin to eat to that place again .
Ronald. from desk he's super professional and very attentive thank you .
We did not like the shower - the head on the shower was located overhead - so that it sprayed straight down on top of you.
We liked the room and bed was comfy and being near the pool area.
Well its old they need to do a face lift But It's Not Expensive To stay.
As I local of vegas got move to tampa for work this casino is a good local location and is close to the strip
Smoke.in casino separate smokers from non smokers at least
Shuttle to and from strip and airport
There was noise from the room above.
The room was clean.
Management and restaurant cashier rude! No hot water in the room
The bell hop was friendly
That part of the hotel where the rooms are disgusting n looks like a motel. .
I loved the feel of this place. I was happy that there were a lot of food places open all night.
Casino really smokey and stinky, carpets are old and possibly might have mites, rooms are little less spacious, pool and hot tub in the courtyard section so if you staying in tower you have to go through the casino lobby and through the courtyard hallway to get to the pool and hot tub.
The buffet, tower room, 10 minutes off the strip, Starbucks and subway in the casino, friendly staff
Think they should drop the resort fee,
Being able to use the Pool and Hot tub in February
no kleenex VERY hard to find room. no elevators
free wifi housekeeping was not pesky
some confusion on wifi service and pay vs non pay. one works well the other not so.
Location, rooms, food and service staff were very good for what I required. will use this location again.
The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom had a sewer smell. The carpets were filthy. The chair was saggy and in poor shape. The buffet was not the greatest!
