Staff was very helpful, room was clean, facilities are acceptable.
A little bit noisy in the room. Could hear the people next door when they were talking at a normal level.
Rooms are ok in the tower
Rooms for usd 35 are just horrible and please ask for a cheap upgrade to the tower or your night will be long.
We didn't have blankets on our bed
No long lines great location
false advertising pictures should be changed because the rooms are not like the pictures it's an upgrade , uncomfortable beds no bath towels people slapping doors, machines in casinos there where two they we extremely loud it was hard to stay focus. The woke time I was playing no waitress cane around tho offer drinks restaurants with pastry don't sell unless you eat in the restaurant that was teasing tho the eye.
Carpet needs to be replaced. Building and room had a smell could be the carpet.
When you got a standard room it looks like you at a motel and I spent a lot of money there.
Was really bad and never came back is not how you show in the pictures was terrible speciali the back hotel
Had to call housekeeping every day
Location near the highway with easy access to strip and downtown.
Wifi didn't work well.
Good value for money....
Very noisy you cant sleep after 07.30
The casual atmosphere and easy access for ammenities to fulfill your needs during your stay.
Not being to renew my room for another night.
Its a great value great staff nice clean room and the slot machines seem to pay better the other hotels Rick
I don't like the extra resort fee be up front
Housekeeping staff is nice. Mary is very helpful to show me where to go b/c doors are locked. Starbucks don't have Microwave to heat up your cold bagel. resort fee is quiet expensive almost like high end hotel.
I know I can checked out in the room. I have a question so I stopped at the front desk . The front desk staff starts with" J" is so rude that asked me to line up with he people checking in. For one question dah !! I am not checking in ,why will I line up. I wished I just used the phone in my room and dial the front desk. Not treating a person with respect ruins a day and that is not right.
-Staff -Bathroom/ Shower -Bed -Buffet -Location -Shuttle -Pool
-Nothing. I was impressed and they exceeded my expectations.
didn't have a chance to like anything
they send us to the leaf where the carpet was dirty and the room was muggie and smelly.
The room was in the older 2-story portion. It somehow looked older but the room had clearly been updated and looked very nice.
The bed didn't look as soft as I am used to, but I slept quite well. Could have used another pillow, and the bed linens could use an update too. Pretty minor for the excellent price we got on booking.com.
Price was good
To many bums hanging in the casino
The restaraunts Air condition
-Wifi in the room was slow to connect and unstable -I've stayed at palace station before for about 8 years now, I think the bedsheets and decor are a little out dated.
Night manager was good
The sewer smell was coming through the shower drain
Shuttle bus: too infrequent (every 90 min during the day), too small, there was always a crowd of people waiting for the shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus had only space for 20 something people, the rest had to take a cab to the strip.
Good food in restaurant except for . . . . Good staff on front desk. Shuttle to downtown and airport.
roast beef and the long waits to purchase the meals.
The room The location of the room in the courtyard Felt uncomfortable Unsafe and wanted to leave the minute I got there.
Loved the price for the lunch & dinner buffet. Great quality of food for such a great price. The casino had great low minimums.
Booked a Classic room and ours smelled like cigarette. The stench was pretty strong upon entering.
Overall palace station was a good value..
palace station is alittle worn down..need to freshen up a bit..every thing is a little old and outdated..
