We liked the room and bed was comfy and being near the pool area.
We did not like the shower - the head on the shower was located overhead - so that it sprayed straight down on top of you.
As I local of vegas got move to tampa for work this casino is a good local location and is close to the strip
Well its old they need to do a face lift But It's Not Expensive To stay.
Shuttle to and from strip and airport
Smoke.in casino separate smokers from non smokers at least
The room was clean.
There was noise from the room above.
The bell hop was friendly
Management and restaurant cashier rude! No hot water in the room
I loved the feel of this place. I was happy that there were a lot of food places open all night.
That part of the hotel where the rooms are disgusting n looks like a motel. .
The buffet, tower room, 10 minutes off the strip, Starbucks and subway in the casino, friendly staff
Casino really smokey and stinky, carpets are old and possibly might have mites, rooms are little less spacious, pool and hot tub in the courtyard section so if you staying in tower you have to go through the casino lobby and through the courtyard hallway to get to the pool and hot tub.
Being able to use the Pool and Hot tub in February
Think they should drop the resort fee,
free wifi housekeeping was not pesky
no kleenex VERY hard to find room. no elevators
Location, rooms, food and service staff were very good for what I required. will use this location again.
some confusion on wifi service and pay vs non pay. one works well the other not so.
The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom had a sewer smell. The carpets were filthy. The chair was saggy and in poor shape. The buffet was not the greatest!
We really enjoyed the casino. There was a wide variety of games to choose from. The breakfast buffet was a fabulous value with an outstanding selection. We enjoyed the benefit of the my generation club. The shuttle service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. location of bus stop was convenient. The price of the room was very reasonable.
The restaurants were very good and very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and the casino is large and there are several bar areas and places to watch sports if you desire.
The rooms in the garden area left a lot to be desired, small and very old. My view was of a loading dock to the casino with the sound of forklifts all day.
I did not know it was first come on the rooms. My room was not comfortable I selected a king size bed I got a full unsatisfied
Had to pay for wi fi
quiet rooms, comfortable beds
The wifi tv service.
Quick trip to World Market and a couple of good restaurants close by. Everyone pretty friendly
My personal one cup filter which I just bought was taken by housekeeping - I'm sure by accident, but I wasn't able to get it back without spending a great deal of time and I was told it was unlikely it would be recovered. No coffee pot provided.
Very friendly staff,nice restaurants,clean rooms,and easy parking.would stay again.
Buffet was good. Location was also good as we like to play downtown. Value was also good
Rooms were dated. Rugs had dirt stains on it. Beds were ok.
I was traveling for a specific event and had no wish to visit The Strip or other Las Vegas attractions. This hotel is literally on the I-15 access ramp and the convenience of that was fantastic. Was able to park at my room (Courtyard).
Nothing, but one who is ageist or a snob wouldn't like the crowd. Fine clientele, but the "beautiful people" are few in number and are the misfits. Pretty much the polar opposite of the the image of The Cosmopolitan.
The hotel staff were great and friendly. The front desk lady that checked us in was rude and not very helpful. We didn't get the room I requested and she did not offer any solutions or was not compassionate at all. She was just very matter of fact and indifferent.
Front desk staff was a little rude. Hotel is very out dated room smelled and could hear the everything in the hall and the room next door
