Price was good
To many bums hanging in the casino
The restaraunts Air condition
-Wifi in the room was slow to connect and unstable -I've stayed at palace station before for about 8 years now, I think the bedsheets and decor are a little out dated.
Night manager was good
The sewer smell was coming through the shower drain
Shuttle bus: too infrequent (every 90 min during the day), too small, there was always a crowd of people waiting for the shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus had only space for 20 something people, the rest had to take a cab to the strip.
Good food in restaurant except for . . . . Good staff on front desk. Shuttle to downtown and airport.
roast beef and the long waits to purchase the meals.
The room The location of the room in the courtyard Felt uncomfortable Unsafe and wanted to leave the minute I got there.
Loved the price for the lunch & dinner buffet. Great quality of food for such a great price. The casino had great low minimums.
Booked a Classic room and ours smelled like cigarette. The stench was pretty strong upon entering.
Overall palace station was a good value..
palace station is alittle worn down..need to freshen up a bit..every thing is a little old and outdated..
Good Service The best oysters bar Good casino and sports book
Poor beds the bathroom is too small
Having the casino and restaurants at the hotel is very convenient. The food served at 2 of the restaurants was very good.
Charging extra for internet service over the room rates advertised. Service in the restaurants was slow.
Everything was wonderful.
I like staying in the tower before
I will never book a room in the courtyard again
We stayed in the Courtyard and it was very noisy and the beds were not that comfortable.
Location is quite. Close to covered parking.
Room carpet is dirty looking maybe from stains.
It was cheap.
Full beds, not queens. Wi-Fi in "Resort fee". No tub. Old CRT TV. A/C did not cool well. Drapes blocked air flow. Don't stay in the Courtyard.
Affordable price for a courtyard room but you basically get what you pay for. Next time I will take advantage of the upgrade option that I was emailed prior to my visit. Enjoyed the Grand Cafe for breakfeast and they had yummy desserts if you have a sweet tooth like myself.
A bit to far from the Strip. Cab rides to MGM Excalibur area were 20 bucks. We were put in a room that was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked of cigarette.
Cafe is great. Good slot machines and poker room.
We had to walk out of the hotel into an apartment looking building. In order to stay in the actual hotel you had to upgrade for more money. Not cool.
price Easy to access strip district by car Easy to find the hotel There is casino Staff is courteous, good Easy to check out by TV
Room is Far from reception Little bit narrow Dark Not good shape of shower Confuse to parking lot
I pay fee for I dont know even the bookings say the final price
The option to upgrade to the newer rooms. Very nice.
Not a good sound barrier between rooms especially the room I had that had joining door. Need a better sound proof door connecting rooms.
worst vegas experience. Hotel did not receive fax from booking. Need to call booking twice. They had to send it four time before they received it. No sorry from the staff, they refused at midnight to give u a room while we were waiting. We waited one hour in the lobby. No sorry, no drinks, nothing ... Room was disgusting. No like the picture in the web site. We asked for a king size they gave us two queen size. Room reaaly noisy.
Hotel provides free Shuttle service to n from airport and slthough not on strip they also provide a free shuttle service to n from Strip as well. Good selection of restuarants. Comfortable beds
Free parking. Clean room, but odd smell. Large bed. Good storage in the room. Great double curtains in the room, no sun light went through it. Fabulous outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Casino and bars in the hotel open 24/7.
No fridge in the room. Room is not in the tower (main hotel building) you have to upgrade for like $40 per night if you want to have modern room with city view.
Can't stand the cigaret smell esp in the main casino
