It was cheap.
Full beds, not queens. Wi-Fi in "Resort fee". No tub. Old CRT TV. A/C did not cool well. Drapes blocked air flow. Don't stay in the Courtyard.
Cafe is great. Good slot machines and poker room.
We had to walk out of the hotel into an apartment looking building. In order to stay in the actual hotel you had to upgrade for more money. Not cool.
I pay fee for I dont know even the bookings say the final price
The option to upgrade to the newer rooms. Very nice.
Not a good sound barrier between rooms especially the room I had that had joining door. Need a better sound proof door connecting rooms.
Hotel provides free Shuttle service to n from airport and slthough not on strip they also provide a free shuttle service to n from Strip as well. Good selection of restuarants. Comfortable beds
Can't stand the cigaret smell esp in the main casino
clean and spacy rooms swimming pools close to the city center price
one of the receptionists - rude and unhelpful strange smell - probably because of air conditioning
The staff was extremely pleasant ..
Didn't like that subway had no coffee at 10:45 am n Wudnt make a new pot.. Not good or professional I will never go there woman was rude.. Starbucks had no toaster will never go there
Food in restaurant was good, a little pricy but good. Both the food and value in the buffet were very good! Casino and gift shop were good. All employees were very friendly and helpful.
Our room in the two-floor portion of the hotel (not the tower) were very dusty. I didn't feel like they were clean enough, and the décor was out dated. I made a reservation for a king bed, and received two queens.
Bugs bugs bugs!!!!!
Ate at Cabo. Food was good and service was excellent. Good variety of slots and table games.
Shower was small and the shower head had only one setting. TV was not a flat screen, didn't have the channels listed and the picture was low quality.
very good price
i did not like the distance between room and desk office.
Price, ample parking and location are the best things about Palace Station Hotel & Casino, in my opinion.
I didn't like the difficult time finding our room, bumpy uneven floor under the carpet in our room and the old TV.
The environment was good. Despite a gambling place my kids felt safe during the stay.
Didn't like the idea of trying my luck but lady luck was not smiling during my stay, ha, ha,
Bed & the bathroom
The long walk from the elevator to my room
far from strip you can find better with the same price on the strip
We were in the Luxury Tower and it was great for the price! The beds & granite counter tops were beautiful and our room faced the strip.
No coffee maker was included in our room.
I liked that the hotel upgraded our accommodations, for free, as soon as we expressed that we were dissatisfied with the original rooms. The premium rooms were very spacious and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable and I would definitely go back there. The buffet was also very nice and so was the staff very accommodating to our large party.
That the pictures of the classic rooms on booking.com showed super spacious and clean modern rooms. The angle of the pics was surely deceiving. There was a dusty armoire and the bed springs could be felt and heard as soon as you laid down. Mildewy smell also.
Proximity to the Freeway. very easy to locate for someone out of town. Online booking was straight forward list in all the fees; Check-in was quick Parking was excellent restaurants & play areas very easy to traverse
I am a coffee drinker , a coffee pot in the rom would be great.
location location location
need to have smoking rooms to far to go to go outside to smoke
The price was good for what you get.
The courtyard rooms need to be updated. new beds and TV would make a big diffrence.
Every employee offered great customer service.
My room could have been cleaner. The carpet was dirty and in need of a shampoo.
Apart from a single incident, the hotel staff was helpful en attentive. Rooms were not the most modern, but clean and comfortable.
The night shuttle to The Strip did not show up, but when we called the hotel we got no help whatsoever. They told us we must had missed it, and could not help us. Later it turned out it broke down. Got a partial refund when we complained at the desk later on.
