We were in the Luxury Tower and it was great for the price! The beds & granite counter tops were beautiful and our room faced the strip.
No coffee maker was included in our room.
location location location
need to have smoking rooms to far to go to go outside to smoke
The price was good for what you get.
The courtyard rooms need to be updated. new beds and TV would make a big diffrence.
Every employee offered great customer service.
My room could have been cleaner. The carpet was dirty and in need of a shampoo.
The price for the location seemed right The food at the casino was good and well priced. The staff was very friendly.
I should have known that for the price I would not be able to get much...so we were staying in some sort of wing of the hotel ( not the tower like it seemed from the distance and pictures when I booked). The room was the very last one in the row. Each time someone passed by it sounded like they were breaking in or something like that. It was far walk from the casino and food but close to the parking. In general I don't like staying in rooms on the first floor because of the noise level. Next time I will be looking closer of what I am getting for the money. Also, I wish the shuttle was going to the strip and back more often since it was a Friday night.
Buffet ,parking , beds, maintenance department
the price is really nice, and it's a really decent hotel, not far from the strip street. For me it was nice
the only problem was the check out line was slow.
parking was close by to the hotel
to far from other casinos, a/c water drained inside the hotel witch wet the carpet and gave the room a bad smell
Shuttle to the airport, quiet room
Old carpet, noisy air conditioning
The staff in person was courteous
Being charged a convenience fee daily in addition to hotel charges, which were supposed to include wifi, is one thing, but when you try to connect to the internet and you are given a choice of which package to pick ($5.99 or 15.99 daily), then you know you are being nickel and dimed. What a joke this convenience fee was! Really? To use the swimming pool? One of the spas didn't even heat, & was dirty.
The Hotel was clean Buffett was Good for price but not near rooms
NO Refrigeration without paying extra for your room (hidden charge, staff denied) NO shuttle service to the LV Convention Center (staff denied) Very noisy in hallway 1am-4am
They offer a free shuttle service to the airport and fashion mall. The buffet is good, many options.
Countryyard rooms area is a maze!
dirty carpet and a/c unit
The casino downstairs, pub with live music. Cheap food and drinks. Nice shower and beds where ok. Did not get what we asked for. (kingsizebed) Parking was good! And the free shuttle to the strip.
They charged us twice for the two nights. The rooms was not very clean.
I booked a room in the luxury tower, but the front desk put me in the courtyard. My fault for not going back and asking for a room in the luxury tower. I was tired and had to meet some friends on the strip. Since I was only there for one night, I put up with the dirty room. Beds not comfortable, carpet had multiple stains. The room faced Highway 15, so very noisy. Did not notice any security, so when I heard a headed augument outside of my room between a man and a woman, I stayed in my room until they were gone. The two pool areas were not kept up. Trash, used pool towels on the grown. There were five young men sleeping on the lounges in the morning, Sunday August 3rd. Again, no security. I would not recomend the courtyard rooms to anyone.
got there 2 hours be after check-in and room still wasn't ready
The cleaning staff was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay, accept for a few things I have mentioned. I really enjoyed the casino.
I wanted a bathtub, I did' realize I had to request this. Also they damaged my lab top when there staff did matiness on there system. I made a report maybe they will reimburse me.
I like the location. The food and resturants. I feel safe there. I like the parking.
Every time I am there I have problems with the room key in the elevators.
Deluxe Room is excellent.
The Oyster Bar Restaurant is one of a kind! must be the best Cajun food I've tasted. You cannot find anything negative to say about this restaurant - from food to service - except it's seating capacity is not enough.
Th hotel service was terrible - no service at all. This is the first hotel that does not have a concierge service. The room was only average in spite we paid extra to upgrade. Took a long time just to shower because the water flow was so slow. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
I really like the price. The last time we stayed we got a tower room and it was THE best room I have been too in Vegas. We made the mistake of going cheap this time and got a courtyard room:(
We found out this trip that if you can get a tower room get it and don't settle for the courtyard rooms. Our first room was still dirty and the second wasn't much better. The courtyard is very old and run down.
