poor service, staff was rude
Location, One floor no stairs, Near ice machine.
Bath too small, VERY dated, no LED flat screen TV,some bugs but would have been surprised if there were no bugs in this type of low end motel.
I wasn't robbed.
This motel is unacceptable by virtually anyone's standards. My sheets were never changed,my bedspread was stained quite visibly, there were bugs in the refrigerator,(unworking)microwave, and both the bedroom and bathroom.I Had to ask for more soap and toilet paper. Also,it smelled.Nobody will enjoy staying here, period.Don't waste your time or money, please!
Old very used rooms, but fairly clean. Shower didn't work probably. Can not recommend
We booked the room---looked at it,didn't like how awful it looked but afraid couldn't find another because of the time of year, said it was okay---but later in the day decided we just couldn't stay in such an awful room--found another--but of course there was no refund.
That the Palm Beach Motel has a similar name and I was confused. The Palm City is on the of what I would consider and the Palm beach is out of the question.
What we liked is that there was not a break in at night while we were sleeping. that's it!
We disliked everything and could not believe the condition of this motel. The sofa was so dirty and stained that we kept away from it. the shower floor was old and dirty and chipped. the towels at least one was stained. We protected our feet with socks and I forgot my flip flops so I tied 2 plastic bags on my feet so as to not walk on the dirty rug. The bathroom door was about 2-3 inches shorter then the floor and the wood on the inside of the door was peeled off in sections. They have a stove there with rust on it, we did not use and had no reason to use. The motel supplied 1 BAR of soap that the measurements were about 1 inch by 1 inch. that's it. We didnot even shower there and sponged bath in the sink.Thank god the window air conditioner worked. The room was $ 69.00 plus tax. terrible. It was A very run down Motel and WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
smoke smell, very poor maintenance. The place is just kind of nasty, I certainily not stay there again.
In season Pricing was the most reasonable.
Bed wasn't comfortable. Noisy at night made it hard to sleep. Not many restaurant choices in the area.
The room was not clean, appliances were really old, no bulbs in the lamps, it smells cigarettes and there were bugs.
Room was aweful. Run down. Stove did not work
The place WAS quiet.
The room was very old and needed to be upgraded. There was no place to hang clothes, no closets, only small hooks. TV wires hanging on the wall. We saw three roaches and killed them. Bedspreads had cigarette burns,a used beer can under the bed. No air direction grate on the A/C and the unit was noisy. The whole room needed to be painted. The toilet leaked and no extra toilet paper. Drapes looked like hanging bolts of material.
No hot water. In bad need of basic upkeep. Lots of ducktape.
Price and location worked for us.
Dreary, old fashioned, tired decor. Smelled of smoke.
It's very dirty
Absolutely nothing! It was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in! I am surprised that Booking.com would ever want to be associated with such a decrepid smelly establishment. If you want to retain any semblence of credibility you will inspect room 108 and close the reference to this establishment in your listings!!!
