Days Inn Palm Springs    

The rooms we're very nice , the pool was just steps away from our patio. would definitely stay there again.

slow drain in bathtub , small annoyance

It's a good hotel for relaxation. Not too far from the hotel you can rent a bicycle (just go down the N Palm Canyon Drive and you see it on your right). There are many different shops and cafes on the above mentioned street.

All furniture is old-fashioned and old. When you live there you have kind of feeling that you are in 70-80s. And for those of you who goes to gym i can say it's very small. There are NO dumbbells there. And you can't do bench press because there is no bar.

Bathroom smelled of mold and was very outdated. very loud all night with people running and yelling through the halls. Smelled of BBQ smoke since Poole were actually BBQ their food from their patios. Trash,beer cans, food around the pool. Pool water was extremely cold. Jacuzzi very dirty. Staff didnt talk to anyone just walked around quietly. I've stayed at many different places in Palm Springs. This happened to be the worst.

We loved the pool area. It was very hot when we where there, and we really appreciated the shade canopies.

The shade canopies are a great idea. I think if we came at a busier time it would be difficult to be able to find a vacant one. We looked at some other nearby hotels and they had very little shady areas. I don't know if it would be possible to put in a couple more canopies. Otherwise we loved our time with you.

Bed was very comfortable, good ac, balcony was a plus, quiet location.

Sink had very slow drainage, tub/shower had an ongoing smell of mold/mild, water temperature changed from hot to cold in showers, pressed light switches dozens of times to turn off, freezer section of frig didn't stay cold -- lots of melted ice cream, housekeeping rushed us out the room at 10:39am to clean up room on check-out day -- that was very rude. WE GOT WE PAID FOR!

Location and pool area. Beds are comfy!

I love staying here and told every Lion at the convention about your hotel.

Even though we didn't arrive until 1:00am, the staff was accommodating during check-in. Parking was convenient to our room as well.

The hotel is a bit dated, however...it was clean and safe.

Good Location. Easy to find. Excellent restaurants close by.

Ambivalent staff & lack of security.

Excellent restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. Very quiet rooms, pool was nice.

Leaking faucets sink/tub, dated tile in bathroom, door in washroom hit toilet and did not fully open. Quite dark interior.

I was very happy for what I got for the money. I stayed with a group of four friends for Coachella. The hotel was perfect for our needs - a nice, clean, safe place to stay. If you just need a nice place to sleep and shower.

The pool was ok.

The vending machines didn't work. AC was marginally working. Towels were thin. Carpet was old and smelly. Fridge was loud at night. Bathroom was outdated.

Motel Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Pool was nice but old looking. Pool area was clean, but old looking.If It costed about 50 dollars less, it would have been a very nice Place

The price for the room was very high. For that price, I have stayed in Very Nice Hotels and this was nothing more than a Possible step above a Motel6.

the inn was centrally located and was near the venues that we came to visit. we have stayed there before and we knew what to expect

the sink in the bathroom had a crack and the light fixture cover over the sink was broken. the overall condition of the room was good but not great

Palm Springs

I booked a deal on hot wire. When I arrived the staff informed me that the rates per night on the weekend would be higher than those I booked because of a music concert....Bait and Switch....I Canceled my last night and moved across the street....cheaper and better accomodations...nicer staff...and a great free breakfast.. I will never use hot wire or Days Inn again

The pool area and the pool were clean and well maintained. Front desk gal was awesome. She allowed us to check in early which really helped us out.

Although clean, the tiles and plumbing really need to be remodeled in the bathroom. For example, the hot water handle in the shower did not match the cold water handle and there was a big gap in the tile.

The pool was nice.

Air conditioning didn't work as well as it could and the bathroom was very small and hard to manuever around the door. The tub had a clog, so we stood in water to our ankles every time we took a shower and the water went from super hot to super cold, so showering was not very comfortable. The room was definitely not worth the $250.00 a night we paid.

Room Size

Poorly furnished, for the money spent you would expect better. The AC was a wall unit that had a hard time keeping up with the size of the room.
