Palm Grove motel was easy to find, our room was ready for us, and it was clean. This is an older motel, modest in appearance, but our room was clean, it had a refrigerator, the A/C worked well, and TV reception was good. Internet connection was included free. Most guests park on the street, and there is plenty of street parking. The only off-street parking is at one end of the motel and not visible from our room. We chose to park in the street because it was lit at night and we felt our car would be safer there. Since the motel is on Hwy. 111, I had to be careful when loading and unloading stuff from the driver's side of our car due to traffic.

The grass and the grounds were kept clean and I liked the patio area outside each room. The pool was a little dirty and too bad you didn't have a jacuzzi. The shower floor was really slippery especially when you have to go down that step to get into the shower...somebody might slip and get hurt.....

The hotel had a/c not working properly, no extra toilet paper in room, had mold in bathroom, television did not work, run down like it hadn't been worked on in 15 years. It looked like a 35.00 a night or so much an hour hotel, not the 155.00 plus they gouged me for. My wife got sick and we had to find her a place to sleep. We left after a few hours because she couldn't stay in the room We are from lake havasu. Stayed in room 103. Worst place I have stayed from new york to california

The hotel was relatively inexpensive. The room was clean. The place was quiet. The hotel is run down. It looked like it needed major renovation some 10 years ago. If you are tight on money, and just need a place to sleep and take a shower, it is good for the money paid. Internet didn't work at the room where we stayed. We had to go to the office to get connection.
